Hands down the best rental experience I have ever had! The facility is wonderful, clean, and has great amenities. I chose to move to this facility after getting another price hike at a different facility down the road that has poor customer service. I went into the office expecting it to be just as frustrating as every other storage unit rental experience I have had. I was so pleasantly surprised that this was an amazing experience! Kaila was polite, professional, helpful, and provided amazing service. Not only am I saving $ by switching to Public Storage, it is a better facility with clearly better customer service. I am so glad to be done with CubeSmart down the road. Highly recommend this facility!

5 star experience, 4 star facility
I was considering changing from my current storage company and moving into a new storage unit. I stopped in to check out this Public Storage.
I was assisted by Christina. She was wonderful! She's friendly, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to interact with. The customer service here is impeccable! She took the time to give me a tour and she showed me several units. She answered all of my questions and invited me to reach out again if I needed anything.
The facility is nice. It's new, clean, and has tons of units. There are cameras on the property and a security gate. There is an attendant in the office during office hours, and a phone number to connect with someone off-site after hours.
I ultimately decided against a unit here. There is one big downfall in my view. The indoor units have unusually large openings at the top, with no fencing or other form of protection from neighboring units. Potentially a dishonest neighbor could too easily fish small-medium size things out of your unit. Although cameras are nice, this aspect would rob me of my peace of mind in knowing my possessions are secure.
If you're planning on storing large items (or don't care about the large gaps) this would be a great place for storage. It seems wonderful in all other aspects.

Holy cow! A brand new facility at this low of a price?! I recently moved out of an older facility and this one is night and day better. The manager was awesome, and you could tell they care about security; all the cameras are visible on the wall in the office and the site is very clean and secure. Highly reccomend.
