The website was very frustrating but the office staff called me and walked me through it all, and it turned out better than planned. Customer service was excellent and Steven should get a raise. Everything looked clean and well managed, and I’m very happy.

Public Storage doesn’t have a person at the locations. They pop in for short periods of time. We needed assistance but it took us several hours to get information. Once we did they were helpful. They have a promotion that’s extremely confusing. Says first 30 days is $30 plus with fees. Keep getting notices we will be charged $172.00 after having it a week. Once again getting ahold of someone is not so easy. Billing should be made less confusing.
Steven was beyond professional and helpful. Explaining every step of the process. Highly recommend renting from him and this location.
