My five star review is based on the employee not necessarily Public Storage! Ursula was amazing, I had great customer service, very accommodating and knowledgeable of her job position period not to mention very enjoyable to do business with! After my last ordeal with Public Storage I swore to myself I would never use them again! If it was not for Ursula I would definitely be at a different storage facility. The last employee I dealt with at a public storage facility was also amazing and great at his job. And all of a sudden was fired. I strongly advise that doesn't happen with Ursula because I will take my business elsewhere and I will not return, and everybody knows word of mouth is the best advertisement a company could have. Thank you Ursula for all your hard work it's very much appreciated, and I hope Public Storage shows you that appreciation also!

Ursula was very helpful and informative on the different types of storage units available and got me set up with the perfect unit.
I went in not exactly sure what size storage unit I needed. A nice lady named Ursula greeted me promptly. She went over all the sizes and costs with me in depth. I needed a storage unit to hold my belongings while I transitioned to South Carolina. I was absolutely amazed at her customer service and the kindness she showed me during my preparation for my transition.

How long do i have to hold for your review? I just need a phone number to the facility or a proper website that I can access. You failed to inform current rent customers of the change over which is highly unprofessional of any business and more so from a nationwide company with a highly recognizable banner name as yours...Public Storage😠

4/6:: Amazing customer service as a new customer.
12/6:: Six months later... as long as you pay your rent they are good. We gave notice (which was difficult as we weren't able to speak with anyone at the local site) moved out and 30 days later we are getting texts and calls saying our rent is due (on a vacated space) of $262.40. Now it is a finger pointing competition between the local office and the 800 customer service people. Get it fixed!!
12/8:: We have been emailing with you since the middle of October when we moved out of the first unit.
