Public Storage Self-Storage Units at 18000 N Stonegate Rd, Maricopa, AZ

Late fees are insane, but they also refuse to work with you on payments if you are late. I get paid 2 days after and they won't accept a partial payment to hold over until payday. My family's whole life and everything we own are in those units and they give zero cares. No, we don't have a ton, but if I can pay half then the other half in 2 days, who cares? Don't rent here. They'll callously auction off your life over a late payment.

have a small 'forever' unit here, only downside is it is outside...faces morning sun and is close to an end, so gets a ton of dust blown in with storms...far better than last location in maricopa where several boxes received water damage and a bunch of my books got termites even though only there for a few months

MacKenzie was great, she helped show me the different units and helped walked me through what would best suit me, and answered all the questions I had.

This was one of the easiest places I have rented from. I did everything online. I even received a better rate when I rented online. When I got to the storage everything was ready for me. It was easy to get in the gates and doors. They offer an app to put on your phone that will open gates and doors. I personally love this feature.

We rented 2 climate controlled units at this location while we were in transition of moving our home. We were very pleased with the facility security, semi-truck access, cleaniliness, and customer service. I normally do not write reviews for businesses unless the customer service is outstanding, as this is what makes a company better than the next. This is where I met Terrance over the phone. Terrance helped me solve a problem related to my moving company accessing my units. Terrance took the time to understand my need and followed up with me which ultimately lead me to be able to provide proof to the moving company management. Terrance treated me and my concern like he was helping a family member. Because of the outstanding customer service this business provides through people like Terrance, I highly recommend using them.

Where to start... The late policy is insane, after 5 days u charge a late fee. Fine. But then you put an additional lock on the unit? Extreme but fine HOWEVER at least ensure that after the account is paid after being a few days late because people have lives, at LEAST make sure there is someone at the property when they are suppose to be to remove the lock, now I've taken a day off and can't access my paid for storage unit. Then to call customer service and be told the only way to verify is the last 4 of my DL number!? And after all that it can take up to 72 hours for someone to come and remove it? I do expect to be compensated for a waste of my time and inconvenience. I will be moving my items out asap as I keep things here for my business and these type of delays affect my customers and my livelihood. If you want a self service system upgrade your tools and policies as the App is still telling me I'm locked out speak to manager where no manager exists.

Can't say enough positive things about the employees at this location! Terence was amazing sorting through an issue I had when renting my unit. Worked through the problem and wouldn't quit till it was solved. Then today, Carol Ann helped me find an answer on the phone to a question I had about the website. Fantastic people. Thank you both!

A very clean place, we were unloading the truck today and forgot to take water. The manager of the place brought us ice cold water. That was a lifesaver! We also saw a lady spraying down the metal doors, which I’m sure was helping to cool things down inside. We were very impressed with public storage. A five-star place!

Carolann was so nice and helpful! I got a 5 x 10 but had to come back the next day and change it to a 10 x 10, and she took care of it in just a few minutes.

After visiting a few facilities in town stopped at Public and Carolann was very helpful so we decided to use this facility.

Very clean facility with good rates. The Property Manager was very helpful, informative, and made the sign up process quick and easy.

Super clean and well-kept storage facility. Brightly lit although the units themselves are not lit. The hallway lights do enough! If you go after hours the lights are on a motion sensor as well which is nice. Overall 10 out of 10!

What is the point of reserving a unit if you don’t honor the reservation??? I would not recommend reserving a unit here, they will not honor their word! bad customer service. Had a awful experience

A brand new facility!

Today I went in to look for a storage unit that met my needs. The representative Trystan was AMAZING!! She was so friendly, patient, and knowledgeable so it made my day so much easier. If you are looking for a clean storage unit with great staff, this is definitely the location for you. Ask for Trystan she is AMAZING!!!!
