I came in today looking for a unit, and John did an outstanding job with going over everything throughly! I’d definitely recommend asking for John when looking for assistance at this location. Very clean facility as well.

Renter beware!!! Do not rent a 19' covered spot, because they actually do not have any available (they are much smaller), but they won't let you know until you show up and try to park your vehicle, then they'll put you in a 25' spot for the same price and then charge you 3 days later for the difference in the spot. I cannot remove my vehicle after this false advertising, because I'm 3,000 miles away and only flew in for 2 days to get said vehicle purchased, registered, and stored. Beyond pissed and would not recommend this outfit to anyone. They said they have a work order in place to change the size online, but I didn't reserve it online, I called the main number and talked to someone who found me the location and 19' spot. They could have called me back to let me know that they do not have a 19' size available as they had all my contact information and I reserved it almost 5 days ahead of my arrival date. They also didn't do anything to make it right. I would not be surprised if they are still offering 19' covered parking spots.

Tyler Brettner was definitely the coolest guy there, made my experience way faster than I thought had terrific customer service, definitely is a people person and helped me save more than I thought today! I was there to go rent a unit last week Place was clean, I was about to finish renting the unit when the property manager, Debbie Became very rude was texting on her phone while I was in the process of renting a unit ask her questions like I was bothering her. She told me I can only be on The property for 20 minutes at a time how am I gonna empty out my moving truck in 20 minutes? I’m sure that was an exaggeration, but the fact that she was texting on her phone and ignoring my questions in the middle of me trying to rent a unit, I said, forget it and went to rent in Avondale with Brad. Great guy excellent service rented there instead of with who couldn’t be bothered too busy texting on her phone. I’m sure that’s why this place hasn’t filled up. It’s been open for a while.

Wow John could certainly give lessons on the art of customer service to others. Quite plesant experience today renting a unit. I was not sure of the size unit I needed and John took the time to show me several available units. Clean nice new units and surrounding area.
