What a beautiful place! I appreciate that the manager let us know they have 24 hr cameras and they don’t allow loitering or allow people to dump trash everywhere. Made me feel so much safer!
I was there to go rent a unit last week Place was clean, I was about to finish renting the unit when the property manager, Debbie Became very rude was texting on her phone while I was in the process of renting a unit ask her questions like I was bothering her. She told me I can only be on The property for 20 minutes at a time how am I gonna empty out my moving truck in 20 minutes? I’m sure that was an exaggeration, but the fact that she was texting on her phone and ignoring my questions in the middle of me trying to rent a unit, I said, forget it and went to rent in Avondale with Brad. Great guy excellent service rented there instead of with who couldn’t be bothered too busy texting on her phone. I’m sure that’s why this place hasn’t filled up. It’s been open for a while.
This storage property is amazing! Units are brand new and the whole facility is CLEAN! John helped us out and answered all of our questions, and was very professional. If you need storage, this place has great units, and RV storage with electrical hookups for LOW prices!

Wow John could certainly give lessons on the art of customer service to others. Quite plesant experience today renting a unit. I was not sure of the size unit I needed and John took the time to show me several available units. Clean nice new units and surrounding area. I feel confident that my possessions will be stored securely.
