I needed a unit immediately, it was like 8pm in the evening, and was able to do it all online. WICKED EASY!! I mean, absolutely effortless, besides the actual unloading part. And the price was very reasonable. I would have given 5 stars, only reason I didn't was because they charge extra to use their locks on the unit itself, that should be a throw-in, unless a person losses it or damages it.
Had a great experience here with public storage. Needed help with a new key and the manager Sam was there to the rescue. Help downsizing my unit to a smaller unit? Once again Sam came through and went above and beyond to make it a smooth experience. I really appreciate it y'all are great.
I had an outdoor parking space at this facility, and despite being paid in full for the month, my spot was given away the moment I removed my vehicle for a day or two for maintenance. When I returned, I learned they had already vacated my space and rented it to someone else.
Adding to the situation, they initially accused me of being on the property after hours. It took about fifteen minutes of explaining that their system was incorrect before they finally acknowledged the mistake. They only realized it was another customer, not me, after I requested that they review the surveillance footage.
The level of disorganization and mismanagement I experienced here is completely unacceptable.
Love the unit. The staff is friendly and helpful. BUT in the 18 months we’ve been there our rent has DOUBLED. Leaving before our increase in January.

Needed a storage locker and chose this place based on reviews and location; didn't expect such sterling service! Samantha is nothing short of *amazing*. But call first if you need to speak with her directly. She'll walk you through everything and make sure you're good to go.
I had two very frustrating experiences trying to get help over the phone with customer service—months apart—and both times I was given inaccurate information. I was told I could just walk into the location, but when I got there, no one was available, and I wasted time waiting around. No one ever mentioned that you need an appointment.
Thankfully, I was finally able to speak to someone in person, and she was AMAZING—professional, kind, and honest. She explained that she works at multiple locations and that appointments are required. This is the kind of information the phone reps should be clearly communicating instead of misleading customers.
Shoutout to the staff member who helped me—she deserves recognition. But the phone rep system really needs improvement.

I needed to switch my unit to a smaller unit from the one I originally had there but by the end of emptying out my storage unit I decided to switch to a different location due to the price increases, not having anywhere to throw anything away, and not being able to get into the main office to switch it after trying 3 times in one day.
PROS: they have many options for units, multiple sizes and climate controlled/indoor, has an app to enter and exit the gate easily, manager is nice, place is clean enough and it's definitely not a bad place to store your stuff
CONS: if you need someone during office hours the doors are locked most of the time so i guess you have to know what they look like to track them down when they are doing other stuff but i get it most of the time they just sit there so they do other stuff but they could easily come up with a better system for letting them know your waiting or at least allow them to wait inside the building instead of being stuck outside, they don't have anywhere you can throw anything away so when you dont live there you have to bring your trash somewhere else, if you have a unit behind a door they don't stay open so you have to hold it while trying to get your cart through, they do also raise the price of your unit every few months
The staff here were fantastic during my tenancy. My stuff was safe, secure and available during my two year stay at public storage. The team there called me with updates and helped me close out my unit when I needed to, great people.

We have had an awful experience with this facility from day 2. We added an additional space they put it in as a transfer, messed up all of the billing, tried to chase me down for money I already paid. The employee was rude, uneducated and does not understand basic math, to the point that the experience was so bad the manager had to get involved. Fast forward to the next month we received a call from the same employee saying we owe money when we already paid what was due on the public storage account and it was $70 more than the quoted monthly fee while the second unit isn’t even on the account. She said we owe money for that when the manager comped that unit for the month of September. Clearly it wasn’t comped for August because we paid in full when we moved stuff in and rented the unit. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else and save money and headaches.
We just went to the public storage in Nashua and Sam was so helpful. She answered all of our questions and was very knowledgeable about everything, so it helped settle all our worries. Would highly recommend for anyone who is thinking about them!

I’ve come when 10 men here to shovel no snow, I’ve come & door locked to get into hallway where my unit is. I’ve come on multiple occasions and NO LIGHTS ON OUTSIDE!!
NOW they’re raising prices by $20+ per month, for what?! A facility that isn’t maintained. I had to shuffle on ice to get things to SUV.

Prices keep going up but facilities still suck. Entrance gate was broken for months...no security.
Bathrooms have been out of service for months.
Kinda stuck though and they know it..total pain to have to move everything to other locations.

Storage works. Been waiting almost 2 years for them to fix my light. Have to use my car to see at night in my 10x30.
