FYI TO ANYONE RENTING RIGHT NOW - My unit was broken into within the last few weeks. Military uniforms, documents, and other items were stolen. My girlfriend’s bra and underwear were ruffled through. The manager on duty didn’t really seem to concerned or sympathetic. I will update the rating based off how my experience goes.
Update: Absolutely no update. I have been waiting for a call back from the unit and havent received anything. I had over $4000 worth of items stolen and there has been poor communication. If you rent here, make sure to check your unit.
Claimed that our storage unit had been broken into even though it was an inside unit that you can’t get into with out a passcode. Everything in there was sold, I had childhood memories in there and it was just sold like it was nothing. So if they claim that it was “broke into” it was not. It was sold. I am absolutely angry that they didn’t do anything about it either, they said to get a different lock but I don’t see the point in that if everything was already gone.

Jeremy has been so kind and helpful usually whst we have experienced with other companies is they seem to ne impatient and unking to older people. Jeremy has been so understanding and helpful. Units have wet floors that ruined anything not plastic. The roads were an ice rink - I had to use my car as a 'railing' to not skip. The gate codes cannot be changed to something you remember. While they have an app, it hasnt worked the past 3 months I've been there. The rates jump $50 to $80 every 3 months.
Perfectly fine, I have temperature controlled unit and can access it whenever before 9, paying 20$ extra for 24hr seems silly, but the space here is cheap and does the job. One complaint would be I can't use remote key from the app but honestly a mild inconvenience once you memorize your code.

Craig saved the day if I could give him a 10 star I would he ran all out to meet me at the storage unit in Woodbury just to help me with my lock because I did not have the piece I needed to use with the padlocks I bought which were the wrong size so he saved the day as far as that went as well, because I had a few airhead moments.

We had to move all our items from our unit at PS due to water intrusion and HVAC not working in June & July. We weren't notified until August 2. Immediately inspected unit finding items wet and moldy. Moved out next day. Spoke personally to owner Ben in office with manager Jeremy present
Ben verbally agreed to a full refund for our units August rent. We still have not received this refund to our cc or in a check, even after leaving numerous vm!
I am pleased to report that PS has refunded my rent to Cc. Thanks to Ben who personally called me to make sure refund was taken care of!

I have been here for the last few years. Ann at the Woodbury (woodale) location has been nothing but great. When I needed to extend my hours on different occasions she got right on it. She also came out every so often to chat quickly and ask how my day is going.

I was just here the other day and while I was outside of my storage unit, I heard some commotion coming from some birds flying in and out of the tunnel containing more units. I went to check it out and discovered the floor of this storage unit area is literally covered in a massive amount of bird poop.
If you look up towards the ceiling, you'll see netting that appears to have been placed intentionally to keep the birds from building nests in the ceiling. However, this has clearly failed over time, because there are multiple holes in the netting and obvious signs of birds still nesting in there. As I'm standing under this netting above my head, I'm noticing multiple little dead bodies of baby birds hanging from the netting that had gotten stuck in it over time. Furthermore, there's also multiple dead bodies of crushed baby birds that have fallen onto the floor of the concrete as well.
Baby birds are visibly getting trapped behind this netting and slowly starving to death until their tiny bodies slip through the net holes onto the ground. All I'm asking is that maybe come up with a better system to keep the birds out of the ceiling and/or repair the net so that no new bird nests are made. You could literally try setting up actual bird houses around the property to try to deter any more birds from creating nests in unwanted spaces. Storage units are already a pointless waste of space to destroy nature over, you might as well try to give back what you destroyed. Also power wash the floor. That is all.

Dirty. Other people's stuff is lying all over the place when you park your car inside to unload. If you are lucky, you will find one cart to put your heavy nice on to get them to your unit. The staff is VERY friendly and easy to talk to 😊. The Public Storage on English Street in North St. Paul is very nice, well taken care of, and your unit is truly climate controlled. I paid for a climate controlled unit, and it was always very cold in the winter. We'll see what the summer brings. I thought all the Public Storage places were the same.
I hate to say this, but find somewhere else. You will be much happier.

My storage unit was burglarized in February of 2022. They didn't have any video footage and nothing became of it. Additionally, I was told I was going to have an upgraded lock put on my unit but it's been TWO MONTHS and I still do not have a new lock nor has anyone reached out to me regarding the status. I've been given the district manager Ben Fulk's number but it doesn't connect due to an extension issue. So frustrating! On top of that, I have orange door insurance through public storage and it's been over 5 days since I submitted my claim and I've heard nothing from them. As a cherry on top, they just increased my rent on the unit by $21 only 6 months after renting with them. I was assured by the property manager when I signed on that my rent wouldn't go up but when I contacted them they said it's in the rental agreement so there's nothing I can do. Ugh!!
Update: tried to get into my unit today during business hours and no one’s there and no one’s answering the phone. Still don’t have a new lock on my door and it’s been over half a year. STAY AWAY

Easy to reserve and rent.....good app. I don't rent storage much, so I'm not sure about the price point. But other than that good place
Fix your rates maybe go to a math class. It's says $38 but it came out to $100. I can teach math if you want me to teach you.
