Do not do business with this location. They run a bait and switch operation. They advertise one price and then slip in a different rate when the payment is due. Rented for 1 month and now I'm moving my stuff elsewhere. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE!!!!

John was the man! Helped me out so much and was very easy to work with.
So I have been in this facility for close to 10 years! I used to rent 3 large units. Two 12x30’s and a 10x30.that Ive only had for 3 years now And I had 5 parking spaces all for around $1200 a month. As the years went by the rates slowly started going up so I slowly got rid of the parking spots and one of the 12x30 units. I do understand that rates need to increase to keep the company profitable, that’s business!!! That being said when I first got into my 12x30 I was paying about $175 a month and my 10x30 that I moved into on 2/21 was $225. I thought those were pretty fair prices! They had steadily gone up about every 6 months. I used to speak with the property managers every time they would get out of hand and they would help me out to get them back down a little bit. As of December the rates for the 12x30 was $425 a 150% increase and the 10x30 was $555 which is over 100% increase for the 2 units I was paying $1000 a month so I decided to get out of one of the units last month and now only have the 10x30. I just received a notice today that my rent on that one is now going up again to $652 a month. Last year at this exact time I was paying $440 a month so in one year that rent has gone up $212!!! Along with my rate increase they thanked me for being a valued customer!!! Haha that is not how you treat a valued customer. I will also be moving out of this unit ASAP this place used to be great!!! But now I wouldn’t refer anyone to this property they have become greedy!!! Once you get your units full they just keep increasing there rates because they know how inconvenient it would be to relocate our belongings and that we don’t have the time to move so they take full advantage of this. I recommend anybody looking for storage space to go anywheres but here!!!!!! There is no justice for this!!!
The manager, John is extremely helpful. The facility is also very clean.
When we arrived to our storage unit the keyhole was totally destroyed and would not lock. We called the manager, John, and he immediately came to fix it within 15 minutes. Disappointed upon arrival but good, efficient, and nice customer service!

I have rented multiple units for years. It’s all feels like a bait and switch. They get you in then continue to raise rents. They used to raise rent $30 or $40 a month but now they’re so bold they just raised rent on one unit by $130 a month to $456. Ridiculous! This is more than retail rent. Be very careful when you rent from them. Be ready to move out when they increase your rent from $176 to $456 a month.
Edit — leave it to Public Storage to increase rates again! 21% increase on a small parking space. $242 a month for a single small parking spot! I was paying $76 a month for a space less than 4 years ago. This reflects a 218% increase. Absurd what they charge for long term customers and how they take advantage. I hope one day these business practices come back to bite them.

I recently had a highly frustrating experience with Public Storage. The online reservation system directed me to visit the State Bridge location for payment. On arrival, I was greeted by just a kiosk with a virtual assistant who informed me that they couldn't assist and that I needed to go to the Medlock Bridge location where a manager would be present.
Upon reaching the Medlock Bridge location, there was no sign of any manager. After a call to the office number, I found out that the manager was at another location and would only be available around 4:30. I made my way back to the Medlock Bridge location later on and finally got my storage unit sorted.
However, the inconvenience didn't stop there. After receiving my storage unit number, I found a lock on the unit! Multiple calls to the office and the 1-800 number went unanswered. I even tried their online chat, only to be told they couldn’t help and I'd need to contact the property manager.
The following day, I called the office again. The manager simply said he'd check the unit close to closing time. It's absolutely infuriating. I paid for a service I can't utilize, and there's been no offer to compensate for the time and money wasted. I expected much better service from a reputed company like Public Storage. Would not recommend based on my experience.

Storage went up $44 dollars/mo., ridiculous ( hike in fees regularly since public storage took over this location). Yes, if you like storage increases. Yes if you're looking for a storage space where the manager does Not return calls or emails,nor respones even when one goes through customer service to reach him. Yes , if passcode to get in the door is changed without and email or letter notification and you arrive without access ,have to wait until office opens to get access (new code).

Look service is good honesty, but charges are ridiculously high, even for long term costumer, they been increasing the charges for two storages that been using for years every 3 months from $25 to $40 and they have offers for the same storages for $100 PLUS LESS, THATS JUST a horrible company.!!
