I would give Public Storage , as a company, a zero star if I could. I have been here 10 months and rent has gone up 3 times. So they get you to rent with a cheap price and then immediately start increasing. What an absolute deceitful business practice. 💩 💩

Why do you have to put your passcode in to exit. Why don't you have a button to push from your vehicle driver window to exiit or an automatic opener when your vehicle is at the gate.

Family and friends have been customers here for years & I vacated my storage unit mid day on the first of the month. No one was in the office. & I’m still being charged for a whole month now even though I’ve been out. Silly to have to pay for a whole month if I’m out on the 1st. Will not be using this company again especially not this location. No customer service skills from the office staff. Pro rated amounts to get you in the door as cheap as possible , then raise your monthly rent every 3 months.

I like how they have lights at specific coordinates to make sure people don't sleep but not a single light in the entire property for customers who paid hefty dollars for these remodelled small tin cans. And did I mention all the rust eating the roofs.
Beware! If you're even one day after the date they run your credit card, you'll be paying for the next FULL MONTH!!!

Go there to make a payment and the door is locked every month. So you cannot make a payment.
In the beginning it started off affordable but as time increase the rate went up warning be careful your rates will change without notice. And they don't give a good reason why that they're raising the rates bad Business this is not a good look 💯🤬

This is ridiculous how they're treating long term tenants. We have a total of 4 storage units with public storage, one at this location for over 3 years and we're paying more than double what they're offering new customers. When asked about it the only explination given was the market driving up prices and their solution to honor our old price which is still double than what they're willing to give someone new. I would suggest taking your business somewhere else if you're looking for a long term storage solution.

Not secure, people living in the units, no light. They advertise one price then jump the rates 50% there is nails and screws all over the property. Use any place but here.
