I must say was becoming very disappointed with the billing. After the first year my bill increased nearly 30%. I know some of this is due to inflation—I get that, but 30%! Today I was asked an employee to stop washing my car and that really did it for me! Then she came back in a very customer friendly way and asked if I would give a 5 star for this facility. I agreed I would—I was taking back by friendly customer service—the employee valued the customer’s need and I really appreciated that.

The staffs with Public Storage in Elkridge are very incredible. From the get-go at the initial phone call over the phone with the staffs, who explained to me in detail, and offered all the promotions/discount like in my case, since one was available.
But then once I got through and got to the facility, I ran into a staff member, Jamie B., who was incredibly helpful and supportive with helping me understand the facility, helping me multiple times with the codes to access the facility when I missed them. Her smiles welcome you and make you feel comfortable asking any questions, and you know this is a friendly space because a lot of people who store stuff with public storage are going through some emergency situations and need people like this to motivate you.
Jamie made this experience super easy and she was so helpful! This is my first time using a storage company and highly recommend this place !
