Wonderful staff in the office and hours that they work are very reasonable Monday through Friday 9AM-6PM.

This is by far the most accommodating and reasonably priced storage available in the hickory area as far as I've researched. Management is exceptional and the property is maintained professionally. Also it's accessible by the city bus system. ¡Muy bueno!

I've rented 3 units so far at this facility. Helpful friendly staff always. I like that there's two gates instead of only one like most others. The property is well kept, highest recommendations from me.

I was overwhelmed that I had to drive to hickory to pay on my account but once I got there Jared was so wonderful at helping me his attitude and his willingness to help me was outstanding. I checked my answering machine when I got home from work yesterday to find,I had a message from a Vicki Inscoe that there were ashes there that had been brought back to the office after a storage building had been auctioned off due to lack of payment. I then learned from her that she had been trying to reach someone from the papers and documents that had been brought back along with some ashes. I was so emotional when she told me whose ashes they were.They were my sisters .I had no clue as to why my nephew would had gotten a storage building and left her ashes and important papers . Vicki said she would stay open until I could drive there and pick up the ashes.I cried all the way ,Vicki cried too.She was like my angel that day She is truly such a wonderful person to take enough time to investigate and get these personal belongings back to where they belong. Also to whomever the other stuff went,God bless you for bringing that important stuff back and for bringing my sisters ashes to the office. What a blessing to know there is still some people out there in this world today with morals and values. Vicki Insloe I'm so glad you work at that storage building ,without you I would have never known where my sisters ashes were. I love you for this and thank you so much to the good hearted people that bought that storage building. I pray your lives will be filled with many,many blessings as you guys have blessed me.

I have used this facility for several years! Their units kept my personal belongings safe and in great condition! I just cleaned out my unit, and as always, the customer service was excellent! They have multiple options available to enter the facility through their app. I highly recommend using this place for your storage needs.

Sadly, I lost my sister, Lori, a year ago from a cardiac arrest and I worked with the wonderful people at Public Storage (hello Jared!!) to get things settled, etc. I'm not in North Carolina, but in New Orleans trying to get back to NC. Public Storage worked with me to clear things up, I didn't know we had been there for 22-years!! Due to personal/financial issues, I had to cut-loose the contents of the small unit. I can't praise Jared and Public Storage enough for their compassion and professionalism during this very difficult time for me. I recommend their facility to anyone who wishes to store belongings, etc, etc. When I get BACK to NC, I will definitely use their facility again. Thank you Jared and PS!!!!!!!!!!

Jared has been extremely kind and patient even when I've called twice in one day and asked 50 questions! He is always so friendly and very helpful! I wish everybody in customer service could be this nice!

Jered Winebarger, the new manager at public storage on Tate Blvd., Hickory, NC was extremely professional and helpful. he went out of his way several times to please me, particularly in finding the right unit. He shows great care with his work and pleasing customers. He is definitely a keeper. I called and spoke to Sherry at the facility on Tate Blvd. Sherry answered my questions and was awesome. Public Storage has a very professional emploer.

My parents had to get a storage unit on short notice then they sold their house and the staff at this location could not have been more helpful. I went and cleaned out the storage unit and again the woman at the front desk was so friendly and helpful! If you need storage in the Hickory area definitely come here.

The best place to rent a space. Great prices. Great people. If you want to store short term or long term it Great and safe.

Very convenient location. Very nice and helpful staff. Easily reserved my unit online and payments were drafted so it was all quite worry free . My items stayed dry even with all this rainy weather. Highly recommend.

Good help and clean establishment

I couldn't be happier with the service and assistance that I've received from Pubic Storage on L-R Boulevard. Asher is the epitome of customer service; a rare find these days. And after a week of playing phone tag with him it was a pleasure to finally meet him in person.

Easy access, no contact with me, rented online, make payments online, unit was ready as promised, clean and ready. Lock was available in the unit when I arrived to inspect the unit along with my paperwork.
