I haven't even been here a year, and these crooks have raised my rent twice, doubling my initial agreed-upon rate AND it's higher than the regular rate published online! Their gate is sometimes broken, and their service is mid at best, except for John, who is great. I DO NOT recommend using Public Storage for long-term rental needs. They price-gouge you because they know you have heavy stuff that is difficult and costly to move again. Shame on this awful company. The way they treat good-paying customers is shameful and disgraceful.

The staff is really KIND AND COURTEOUS ESPECIALLY the lady who works in the office/ I needed help with my unit and she came out and normally (@ ) other storage places it was like pulling teeth to get anything
accomplished. So the only advice I can give you is if you need a storage space go there and if you are smart ask for the woman named Crystal !!! She is the best !!! Good Heart I'II say and promise you, that you definitely won't forget about her she's great

As a recent former customer of public storage, I would not store my goods here! My belongings were destroyed by water damage! Public storage refuses to properly maintain their properties. The district manager does nothing to fix the problem I have been complaining for months! ..... They raise your storage rate every couple of months.

I recently rented a unit through Public Storage over the phone with customer service, providing specific requirements for what I needed. Unfortunately, the auto-generated unit number I was given didn’t quite meet those needs. I scheduled an appointment to speak with the property manager, and when I arrived at the office, Brian and David were incredibly helpful.
They assisted me quickly and efficiently, listened to my concerns, and provided me with clear options that worked much better for my situation. Their professionalism, patience, and willingness to go the extra mile made a the situation so much easier.

My Unit was damaged in a recent fire. Getting answers from 230 miles away was difficult and nearly impossible. One would expect an apology letter and refund of that month's rent. Stuff from my unit was tossed away. No chance to retrieve it or take photos. Some of it was my brother's Marine records, dog tags, awards, commendations, and service ribbons. He was so proud of his service. Semper Fi.

John in Eatontown was very helpful in setting up my rental.
Cj helped me out by explaining everything clearly and answering any of my questions. Made it very easy to rent a locker. He should be teaching the training for you guys!

I'm on the Board of Directors for a small non-profit organization that uses the Eatontown Public Storage facility. We've been there for years. The facility is clean and has been recently painted and had the asphalt resurfaced.
John, who seems to be in the office almost every time I visit, is always friendly and helpful whenever I have a concern. A couple of months ago another tenant left a mess in front of our unit and John came out with a broom and dustpan right away to clean it up. I've also noticed that he's always respectful and knowledgeable when people come in with questions. I have recommended Public Storage to others.
I had never stored a car for the winter. I had several questions prior to dropping my car off and John was extremely helpful. He was patient and thoroughly explained the process and what to expect. He even drove me around the lot to pick the storage that would best suit my needs. Highly recommend!

These people are despicable! They hired a pirate painting contractor to puke Lead particulate on everything and everyone there at 341 Hwy 35 N!
They were supposed to hire a trained Lead Abatement certified contractor, but instead contaminated the entire facility with Lead particulate dust! Please review my FB videos from June 15-20th Bob Garaffa
