Elizabeth at the Eden Prairie location helped me set up a walk through for the Flying Cloud Dr. Location due to there was only a kiosk to talk to and using my disc lock from a previous storage facility was a problem to solve. She was like a piece of heaven to talk to and an appointment was set where the kiosk could not do that.
People are important.

Tom is amazing and so helpful and sweet. I never had any problems at this location. The climate controlled building had no problems amazing all around. Always clean dolly's always available also very nice people who rent from here as well. (Tom needs a raise!!!!!!!!)

There was an issue regarding safety with my unit. I was notified within hours, unit secured and reassured. Jessica was great, she shared she lock checks every night and I could tell security and integrity were valued.
