Piper the manager is amazing! I was nervous storing for the first time but she answered all my questions and explained everything to me. The storage is well maintained and clean. Manager really went above and beyond
Update The entire area is covered in ice and is unsafe. I went to drop off a few items but had to turn around. I left a voicemail asking that the facility be properly salted before someone else is injured.
This location is an absolute mess. The facility is noticeably unclean, and the overall environment feels poorly managed. Unfortunately, I also had the unpleasant experience of interacting with an employee named Copper on two separate occasions. Both times, she was unnecessarily snippy and provided information that was completely inaccurate.
When I mentioned that Google listed different details than what she was telling me, her response was, “I don’t control Google.” While that may be true, I do expect staff to be properly trained and able to provide correct, consistent information—especially when customers are relying on them for guidance. Instead, her attitude and misinformation made the entire situation even more frustrating.
This location seriously needs better training, improved customer service, and a much higher standard of cleanliness. I hope management takes these issues seriously, because my experience was far from acceptable.
Be careful at the property—the snow hasn’t been cleared properly. I may have twisted my ankle on the way out. There are clumps of snow around every storage entrance.

Don’t bother paying extra for a “climate controlled” storage unit. The AC doesn’t work and after 3 complaints the issue is still not resolved. It would be easy to show the issue to an employee or manager if anyone worked there, but it’s difficult to do that when the only employee is behind a video screen.

Piper at Public Storage is an absolute gem! She made what could have been a stressful move ridiculously easy. Friendly, efficient, and actually cares about helping customers. If you need storage and want someone who knows what they’re doing, ask for Piper.
Very simple and fast registration. If you add the application to your smartphone, you can open and close the gate through the application. The unit lock has two keys for your use.

I was very disappointed with my experience at Public Storage.
The facility is acceptable, not top of the line but fine. I chose this location as an affordable but slightly less convenient option for myself. I work abroad for long periods of time so having an affordable long term storage option was important to me.
I signed my agreement at $183. Only three months later they attempted to raise my rent to $221, to which I complained and they postponed the raise. Three months later they raised it anyway. Then three months later they wanted to raise it AGAIN to $274. In well under a year they had raised my rent by 50%, which now exceeded the rate at other nicer and more convenient options, with no signs of slowing down. Luckily I happened to be in town, but ended up spending my precious time at home moving to a different storage facility.
This is standard practice for this company. Not one employee answered the phone when I called, they only replied to messages. When I finally did speak to someone, they didn't empathize with me at all and simply told me that is what I agreed to. It's a predatory business model, and I fell for it. I hope whoever reads this won't.

This place is horrible beyond words.
Between mice destroying clothing (including 2 entire bins of my children's baby clothes), mold ruining clothing, a baby swing, a toddler jumper and several kid's toys, and our unit door being broken for 3 years, I thought things couldn't get any worse. After all of that, they FINALLY moved us to a unit that wasn't broken and infested with mice, they and told us our price would be the same for the new unit because of everything we went through... Surprise! They increased the price by $30 a months after we filled the new unit.
Needless to stay, we've opted to find a new storage facility.

You don’t expect to get that sort of customer service at a storage facility place but when she’s working you definitely do.
