This is the worst storage space ever they make you spend 15 dollars a month for insurance a 119 dollars a month for your storage just for rats to come chew and eat up on your things they don’t care about your belongings I don’t recommend this place to nobody I literally just lost everything I own to this place

I came in the inquire about a storage I couldn't even get anybody to come out and see what I wanted but you could hear him upstairs and your own camera I'm glad I didn't have anything in stores and that I need to get out quick
I could not get in with the code that they provided someone had to let me in then I couldn’t get out of that unit. I pay all this money and I do not like that having access to the units.

Why can’t I pay on app when making late payment on the second or third? I go to location no one’s in the office. Go to website for information and there’s only access hours. Public Storage thirsty! Can’t make payment on app charging for payment on website! I will be relocating asap!!
