Clean climate controlled
I just got a storage unite with Public Storage in Juno. The process was smooth as can be, with a service rep calling me back to help complete my signup over the phone. The facility is clean and easy to access, esp. with the app. Chris, the facility manager here was very helpful and is just a nice guy in general, so it’s always nice to see a friendly face who can help with things like app features if need be. Really glad to have this facility nearby.

He was super friendly and knowledgeable, he helped me find a great deal for my family that’s worked out perfect during the holidays and somewhat of a stressful time. I would like it if Public Storage would put a staff member here during the day 9 to 5 in case there are problems. There are times I’ve seen people living in the building and also there are times when my door won’t go up or down because of a metal part of the door that comes out of it and prevent it from moving down and no one is here to help— other than that a great place to have your stuff.

Very easy to access , clean , and Chris was very welcoming/ helpful my first time using the unit . He even went out of his way to grab a cart to assist with me putting my belongings into the storage space . Easy access, air conditioning makes it very comfortable.
They say they open at 9:30 am but went there and nobody was on the property. When back at 10:30 am and still nobody to talk to in person. Call customer service on the phone and person said that somebody was on property however, I could not see/talk to anybody. I left.
Ruby was very helpful and sweet. Storage was clean.
Small hiccup during check-in process with my unit size, but the manager was able to resolve it when Ruby was not being very helpful. In general, clean facility with good air conditioning, and I feel like my belongings are safe here.
This place is very secure and super clean. Rates are reasonable. Plenty of space to bring in large pieces of furniture.

These guys are pretty great. The facilities are clean and the units are in good shape. I had one unit and added another shortly after. They did raise their prices quite persistently though which was frustrating. I just closed out both of my accounts as I just bought a new house and have room for all of my stuff. They were a pleasure to work with. Connie was running the place when I first opened my account and she was delightful and Chris is running the place now and he is great to work with too.
