The management has allowed this location to become run-down. There are two broken steps on the building containing my unit, one of which is frankly dangerous, and it’s been like that for a month. (For the record, today is Dec 2,2023.) The office is never open (if you call the number on the door, they will tell you to make an appointment to see a staff member). There are no bathrooms for customers.
Added on Sept 23, 2024 - the step is still broken!

I have had a drive up unit here for several years. Every year they increase the rent DRASTICALLY. I just got a notice that it will be increased by 25%. These storage companies know that they got you because it is such a royal pain to move your stuff out into another facility.
Very deceptive!! We reserved a drive-up unit online and received confirmation emails from Public Storage acknowledging our reservation. On the same day we called the property manager with some questions and they stated our reservation was good for 24 hours. Shortly after that call, and well within the 24-hour window, we attempted to submit payment online. The website would not accept payment. We called back and left a voicemail. No one called back that day. We called again the following morning to complete the payment process. When the property manager called us back, she advised the payment was not accepted the day before because someone else rented the unit. I asked how that could be as we reserved the unit and were still within our 24-hour window. She advised "WE WILL TAKE MULTIPLE RESERVATIONS ON ANY ONE UNIT AND THE FIRST ONE TO PAY GETS IT". What on earth is the point of the reservation??? We planned a POD drop off and moving truck around this reservation, which was totally pointless and misleading.
Everything works out for a reason and we found a better space with better pricing directly across the street. Oh, and the competitor actually has customer service. BEWARE....

Drove 25 mins to this place for the rental office not to be open, claims 1st month is free at the office and online but according to small disclaimer nobody reads it’s only at certain locations, we call in and Ethan answers the phone tell him will pass for now then tries arguing with us when we say will pass. Terrible customer service and questionable in terms of safety. Reserved space via phone. Received email. Came to property when they said they would be open. Nobody here. Waited 25 minutes. Door bell doesn't work. Gate buzzer doesn't work. Manager "Michael" finally showed up with chip on his shoulder and did everything he could to instigate an argument - he is a liability waiting to happen. It was a bad surreal experience. An hour wasted reserving, waiting, and never saw the space.
This location is very clean and well kept by Justine! Every time I see her she’s working hard with a smile on her face. The location is very safe and secure and every time I visit my unit the location is clean
