Tee is amazing, incredible customer service & knows her stuff! She also took the time to educate me on everything that would help me with a storage unit that I had to check in on and clear out! One downside, the elevators don’t work sometimes.
I find the employees always very pleasant. On my recent visit there were no carts in the office, and yet there were only a couple cars in the parking lot so I thought well they’re not that busy, where are the carts? The Employee followed me back to the parking lot and said he would g investigate Warning . He found carts and brought one to me. I thought that was exceptionally nice of him to do so.

I went to another location to attempt to resolve a time sensitive billing issue after they told me over the phone I had to go in person to resolve it, and the person there was unable to resolve it and was generally unhelpful.
So we decided to try to go by one more location before closing time to see if we could resolve it and thankfully we went to this one and got to work with this super helpful gal! Friendly, informative, and patient with me being on the phone with customer service (so rude of me tbh but I was trying to juggle things in a panic), AND solved the issue within 5 mins!
Super thankful she was at the desk when I needed assistance!

The elevator has been down for almost 3 weeks! It’s a good thing the managers are so helpful with insight on alternate access routes to ease the inconvenience of having to walk further and go through even more hallways just to get to my locker. This wasn’t the closest to me but it was by far the kindest. I had tried two other storage places before this one. The lady that helped me was very kind and helpful. I had a long and stressful time finding a proper place to keep my belongings and Mau made it so stress free and simple. Very grateful to have cross paths with her.

At first I was a little worried about storing my furniture in this area and also I was concerned that I wouldn’t have a place to park the Uhaul truck. This place turned out to be very clean, very safe and I parked right next to my storage building after I entered through the gate. This is a great storage option if you want your stuff near the City.

If you are looking for a nice, clean, secure and convenient storage facility where you are almost sure to find an available space, you should contact this Public Storage at 99 S Van Ness. I have had to upgrade a few times from a small starter space to a large garage-size space once renovations commenced on my home. Each time was easy and smooth. The staff at this location are friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and very professional. I have not ever had an unpleasant experience. Having a great staff on site and the facility kept very clean helps me feel good about my decision to store my belongings here. I highly recommend it. Oh and there is parking...A BIG PLUS IN SF!

The best Public Storage site in SF! Interiors are clean, well lit and maintained. Staff are professional and helpful, especially the manager Carlos. Units are mid-range price but the location has great street access and customer parkng ( a real plus in this area of SF) Rental spaces go quickly because of the frequent promo deals so don't shop around too much.
Facilities and staff are awesome! Carlos was super helpful in making sure everything went smoothly.

Mel and Kevin were a great help while renting two spaces on different days. Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable they made the process go smoothly and quickly. Another plus is the high ceilings in the units which add a lot of extra storage space. If you're moving lots of items, it is easier if there are at least two people to deal with entering codes for self closing doors and the elevators while maneuvering items and carts. I'm happy we chose this location and company.

I used this facility for about 5 months and it was nothing short of amazing. Always clean, climate controlled, and, most importantly, SUPER SAFE! Their staff was always kind and attentive and they even offered me complimentary lockout services on the spot. 100% would recommend!

Kind staff, I'm stupid and Lost the keys to my lock. I asked him what I should do, and they told me I can take it off myself, it would be quicker. They would just have to accompany me, which is cool. Unfortunately it took a couple of days to get bolt cutters. well, I'm ready to go cut my lock and buy a new one. I'm glad they carry effective locks for a reasonable price, that helps.
