Moved my daughters house full of stuff in there. We got a huge space for $99 a month and 1st month was a dollar. Sarah and Brianna were very friendly, explained the times they were open, the payment process, and got us a cart to help shuffle the truck loads of Stuff in to the unit. It felt very safe and secure there. I would definitely use this place again if I ever need a storage unit

The hallway lighting is accomplished by use of flourescent tubes that almost illuminate your entire unit. You may be concerned that the cost for inefficient, ineffective lighting might trickle down to the renter.
(But fret not little frettlens. No use of their electrical outlets is allowed, keeping cost among the highest in the area)

So yeah here's an update.
After having lost my job and home,
(remember when the entire planet shut down?) I found myself at the mercy of the California EDD Bank of America fiasco. Like many of Californias newly "unhoused" humans relying on UI benefits, Bank of Americas EDD fraud bots decided it was best to freeze my account with no explanation. Somewhere around 4 months into my life's implosion I was able to get some of my mail from my former roommate...
Within this stack of collection notices and offers from the areas tribal casinos I found a couple bank statements and a couple notices from the public storage racketeers informing me that my recent payments were declined. Oh and btw we sold everything you owned for $500. Oh and btw you still owe us $300......
All things considered I find the whole situation a little bit eff-ed up...

Wow! Capri was amazing. I was just expecting to get a regular storage unit and a regular transaction. when I walked in Capri greeted us with a very warm welcome and helped us get into the storage even on her lunch break, came down to help us on a unit far away …because the door was stuck, turns out I just needed to pull the door harder. Thank you Capri! We will definitely remember her and hope she is doing well. Also thank you public storage for the online easy access backed by a nice human to help.
My friend and I were looking for a storage unit to move stuff to that day. I submitted a reservation online and I immediately received a call from Mekala, who discussed the promotions and sizes they had. She was amazing, caring, very friendly, knowledgeable and listened to my needs. I then received a call from Capri, who manages Citrus Heights location off of Tupelo. Let her know I wanted to see the different sizes they had available. She told us to come right in. As soon as I walked in to the office she greeted us with a big smile and took us to see the units. I chose the unit that worked for me and immediately signed up. Capri took the time to explain everything to me to make sure I understood everything that was in the agreement. When we came back to load stuff in the unit, had issues with the lock and the key broke. The place was about to close and I did not know what I was going to do. Luckily for me, Capri worked her magic and found another unit and we were able to get everything in to the new unit just in time before they closed. I can’t thank her enough for everything she did for me. She went above and beyond and provided the best customer service I have ever experienced. I wish there were a lot more people around like her. Thank you Capri for everything. If anyone needs a storage unit, I will refer them to you. You are the best!!!!
Capri is awesome and we got done exactly what I needed to do. She helped me troubleshoot and also I was so happy to save a trip to another store because I needed additional materials that she just stocked. She is clear and concise and extremely helpful.

Alycia was extremely helpful, easy to talk to and didn’t make me feel uncomfortable by trying to upset me in any way like I’ve experienced in the past. I ended up even purchasing a few extra items per for recommendation, which I generally would not do otherwise. I recommend this facility as great customer service is hard to come by these days!
