Started at 35 dollars for a small unit they kept rasing it now 86 problem the delivery apps want to pay less everyone charge more so I'm moving out not worth it for the 85 I can just get a roof rack This place got nice too Put some mice traps in your unit and see for your own eyes 👀 I put that mint mice repellent in some cotton balls by the door and some traps with peanut butter

Absolute worst experience and appalling customer service. We arrived at this Salmon Creek Public Storage location on a Saturday afternoon during their official operating hours (before 5 PM) to access our unit. The local office was unstaffed and closed early. When we called for help because we were locked out, the employee who answered was completely unprofessional, started yelling at us, used foul language, and smugly stated they were "short staffed" before rudely hanging up in our faces. They refused to provide any assistance or access to our own paid property until Tuesday, abandoning their post and showing zero respect for customers. If you value your time, your nerves, and want reliable access to your belongings, avoid this location at all costs. Management needs to completely retrain or replace their staff.

YOU LIKE RATS?!? The staff does not give a damn about the rats and say it's not their problem. Found a bunch of poop all over my things and called the office and was told that's my problem. I pay money to store my things inside and could have just left it outside because it's gonna have rats on it either way. Gotta go through my things now to make sure they didn't chew anything up and I know they won't reimburse for damages for their negligence. Would give zero if I could would not waste my money here.

Loved everything about it except for one (big) thing - predatory price increases. I started on a $57/mo for 5x10' unit, and it went up to $79 within a year. If they stop doing that, I will highly recommend it. (oh, and another thing - get your tech working better. I can open the gate from the car through the app when coming in, but it doesn't work on the way out)

Zero stars... I had to give them one star in order to post this! I had to call over and over again to reach an actual human! She told me I would have to walk around on the property to find her. This storage place is NOT A GOOD ONE TO GO TO. They are NEVER in the office. I called 4 days in a row to actually speak to someone, and pretty much begged for her to be there. She told me that she was booked for the day. I just by chance went there, and she was in the office. All I wanted to do is have my storage shed (that I have ALL OF MY BELONGINGS IN) Switched to my name. There's a homeless person sitting right outside of the gate as well. I've seen him go through the gate and try to get into units. The security gaurd just started working there. He said he hasn't seen anyone in the office for OVER A WEEK! DO NOT GET A UNIT HERE. They also charge $50 more per month to access your belongings 24 hours a day.

Reserved a 10 x 15 storage unit on 4/7 under reservation number 749792236. I got a move in date for 4/12 and when I went to move in I find the front office closed and no direct contact number to access the facility...it gets worse from her. I finally get a call back saying they are open and I can come down and move in. I show up at the office and the manager tells me there are no 10x15's available even though I had reserved it. The only option she could provide me is a 10x20 which is $140.00 a month more. This is ridiculous when you have a scheduled move and get everything lined up just to find out the reservation system doesn't actually reserve the unit.

I moved my stuff out recently and there was rat poop/pee on my stuff! Absolutely disgusting!! I would never recommend this place and would look elsewhere if I ever needed to store something again.

RATS!!!! And WATER!! I’m so disgusted and frustrated. We’ve only been storing there since October. Our boxes are wet from either water getting in somewhere, or rat urine. There’s feces EVERYWHERE. I’m frantic trying to get my stuff out of there. I called them to tell them 2 months ago we saw droppings when we moved something and it’s just gotten worse. Not sure why pest control hasn’t been out. And seems like we aren’t the only unit that has alerted them of the problem. We have had MANY storage units over the years as we have moved around the country, some units we had for a few years, and I’ve NEVER experienced this before. We brought home boxes last night that are soaking wet, and MOLDY!! My photos, books, kids toys. This is awful. I would not recommend this place. I’m considering an insurance claim that’s how bad it is. I wish I had more photos. But I was too much in a hurry and frantically trying to salvage what I could and just trying to survive getting what we could out, unpacked and relocated. This is awful.

I’m a pretty easy going person and I don’t complain very often but this location is awful. Would never rent here again. The people at this location are rarely actually there and some of them are extremely rude. If it wasn’t such a hassle I would move my stuff to a different company. Luckily I’m not planning on having a unit for too long. If I ever have to get a storage again I won’t be going here. I doubt I will ever go to any Public Storage again. I’d pay more money to go elsewhere. If a person is miserable at their job then they should find a different one instead of taking it out on their company’s customers. I’m over 40 and I think this is my first bad review ever given. That’s how rude these ladies are. Major power trip. Rude, petty, incompetent , and absent. That about sums up the ladies here.

I have had mice in my unit for the last 3 months. The office staff told me it’s not their problem to deal with since they have a pest guy come every week, and that I have to take it up with my renters insurance. I told them it’s inside my unit and now I have to sanitize EVERYTHING I own. I have to throw away several of my belongings. These mice are huge, I have feces on my clothes and bedding. I am so disappointed I pay $75+ a month and can’t even have a safe space for my things. Absolutely DO NOT store anything here unless you want it to become your problem too.

RATS!! Not only did my rent go from $189 to $309 in less than one year, when I moved out I discovered over $2,000 worth of destroyed items from rats chewing through stuff! I have made numerous phone calls to no avail. There is never anyone in the office. I tried to speak with someone about this during normal business hours, but no one is ever there. BEWARE!! Staff is great during the move-in process, but I can't speak to anyone now that there's a huge issue! RAT FECES IS TOXIC! My helper and I had to wear gloves and masks. This is unacceptable and they're not doing anything to try to make it right. They are supposed to be doing pest control... well, they aren't!

Don’t rent from here. They continuously up charge you until you just decide to leave. I started at $80 and after 4-5 times of raising the price, I got fed up with it. They were now trying to charge me $150 for the same unit. No notices of the price increase either. I saw at least 3-4 people emptying because of that exact reason. If you don’t care about your money, then this is the place for you. But if you do, then definitely go somewhere else. Some dude told us he started at the same price and is now at $200 so again not a great place

My mom had 2 units here since 2005-ish. I have the keys to her units because she left them with me when she passed away. Public Storage called me about an unknown issue the week after she passed and as soon as I mentioned she passed they would no longer speak to me because my name's not on the account. Despite that I had been caring for my mom and paying the bill and talking to them for the years that was she was ill. They told me they'd be immediately changing the locks because of estate rules. Ok, fine I guess, if you won't let me pay the bill and lock me and my family out, I guess we'll leave it. I had more important stuff to worry about. But now 6 months on and they're calling her phone almost EVERY DAY despite me telling them MULTIPLE times that she has passed and I won't be paying the bill since they "can't discuss any matters on the account at all" including me paying the bill or taking over the account, since my mom was the only one the account. I guess it will go to auction - fine, whatever - but please stop calling and making me tell you OVER AND OVER that my mom is dead, which is always followed with "then I can't tell you anything about the account." Twice they even called me on my personal number... when I'm not on the account? It's honestly like they're harassing me at this point. I get they may have rules about when someone passes away but if you know she is gone and you won't let me pay, take over, or close the account, stop calling us and move on. They were great to my family up until my mom's passing but please either let me pay the bill and get my family's stuff or leave us alone.

What a hassle this place has been. Major communication issues between employees. Constant phone calls. Call back and nobody ever answers. Hung up on when I do get somebody on the line. Telephone tag. Left hand doesn't know what the right is doing. The excuse I was given is "this is a training center". It was cheaper than any other storage facility nearby, you get what you pay for! Update: It appears they are buying 5 star reviews as well. Check out the number of reviewers with single digit reviews. Now that's integrity.

Stopped in the office to purchase a lock. It was convenient and the price was fair. Heather the manager was helpful and kind. Also this location seems very nice and well kept. Would definitely consider it for storage in the future.

I had presented a storage at another place only to show up and it be horrible so I drove to the 134 public storage and they were so pleasant worked with me to solve ALL of my issues with the App , registration, and definitely a clean welcoming storage. 10*5 indoor
