I was able to get a 5x5 spot at a very reasonable price point considering all the inflation across this region. I had no frills or add ons to deal with at the storage. Gee was able to get us the spot in no time. Plus she allowed us to use our own lock instead of upselling same lock for $19.99 which is very common at rest of the storage spots. You are forced to get their locks and can't count on your personal renters insurance. I love the fact the access is thru app where you got option to lock doors via app itself. Thank you Gee for amazing customer service. keep up the great work.

The only thing I would change are the hours. Closing the gate at 6pm M-F and only open until 5pm on Sat-Sun, makes it difficult to make good use of prime moving time. I know one Public Storage location in Shoreline stays open until 9pm. That'd time would be perfect!

We came here with a reservation made online that we wanted to change the date and size for, Lemlem helped us with choosing the new unit and finding the best deal to make a new reservation, she showed us the units and made the whole experience smooth for us and we’re ready to move our stuff in today!
This location is trash...I showed up yesterday to this location and the door access to the storage was completely destroyed and not protected at all. Why should anyone pay a dime to the clowns at this location when you you have a open invitation for people to break in and steal possessions. Avoid this place at all cost, and sometimes the gate doesn't work with the codes they provide.
Lemlem provided great customer service, even swept my unit clean because it wasn’t clean enough in her opinions after the cleaners!

Renting here was a mistake and made me never want to rent from any Public Storage ever again. This location has terrible hours and terrible management. Rent from any other location. Heed my story.
Public Storage is "embracing" remote management. Everything will be self service, no personnel on-site without an appointment. Frankly that's disgusting on its own for numerous security reasons, but it's also a major problem when the one and only gate in/out of this facility breaks.
So here I am, trapped with multiple other people inside the lot. The location manager is never on-site and never picks up the phone, which must be a violation of some policy since even the Public Storage customer support could not reach him. I'm trying to navigate the atrocious phone tree to actually reach a Public Storage agent for help, because we are trapped inside their property with nobody on-site.
After multiple calls, wasting about 20 minutes, the first agent I get with drops my call outright. They had the gall to ask "are you on-site during business hours", except yes, because it's just after noon! It was business hours across the whole darn USA. Meaning the agent is either an idiot who follows a script without any care that we are trapped inside their lot, or an idiot at a foreign call center who can't do basic math. Let alone the actual company policy of locking the gate after hours which does actually prevent customers from leaving the site without calling the police to manually override the gate.
Next attempt I actually find someone who can send an email to a "response team". Heaven forbid we actually call someone to get us out. The agent says there's nothing else they can do, just gotta wait. At this point it's been over an hour with no updates or proactive measures from Public Storage to get us out and I'm going to call the fire department or the police to snap the gate chain.
My third call through the terrible customer support phone tree lands me with someone who doubts I'm even trapped because "there aren't any cars at the gate", looking through the security feed. Yeah that's true, we've all parked again because nobody can leave. So I have to get into my car and drive up to the stuck gate to get any help from them. We've wasted enough time on the phone now for that email to have trickled down to an on-site manager at a nearby location.
The only good part of this story is when there's a real human in-person involved on-site. They drive over to our site, jigger the gate motor, and it's all fixed. A 2-minute non-technical fix that trapped 5 real people inside for over 90 minutes because Public Storage is choosing as a company to reduce personnel at physical locations.
But that's not even the crazy bit. After this boondoggle I loaded everything up and was going to cancel my storage unit, of course. But I didn't have to, because an hour after packing up I get an email from Public Storage that they've accepted my account closure. They have an automated system inside that can tell if you've moved out, but they can't route their phone lines to connect to the nearest on-site manager.
Terrible company, the only good people are the ones who manage their location on-site. Zero stars.
Not necessarily a knock against this particular location, but Public Storage in general. There are a lot of hidden fees that you don't realize until you're checking out. There is a mandatory, nonrefundable $15/month insurance that you can only opt out of after you've signed the lease and paid $15. You also cannot provide your own compatible lock and must buy theirs for $19.99. Just be aware that the great price you are being advertised comes with a lot of hidden fees.

Second, I've had multiple units at this location for several years, and Alex is always very good about keeping them near each other for me. He is also very patient about explaining transfers and moves as I get confused about the ins and outs of the processes.
Lastly, if I have one complaint, it's about access to the restroom. I'm elderly and having to go to the office to get the key and then walk back can be problematic for me (Not to mention lack of access when the office is closed!) Why can't the restroom door use the same entry code system as the access doors?
Putting your things in storage is never an easy choice, but Alex made my decisions around storing my life as comfortable as possible. He had excellent recommendations and helped me pick the best unit for my needs. When it came time for me to end my contract and move out, Alex was again excellent and made the process seamless and worry-free. If you have to put your precious belongings into storage, I highly recommend doing it here because Alex is FABULOUS!! Thank you, Alex, for making this whole thing bearable.
I had a terrific experience at this location the attendee was very accommodating. Space was clean and clear all in all the next time I need storage it’ll definitely be this location.

Friendly customer service. Great service and the property manager is awesome! I like the location and how convenient it is to enter and exit the site. Except when there’s bad traffic. But people are pretty nice to let you out. Good prices too!
I just set up my first rental at this location, my second concurrent rental. The location is very clean. Access with the app is super easy. There's an on-site, live-in location manager, so someone's always around. So far it seems like a good set up.
Alex has great customer service, he always finds a way to make sure the customer gets exactly what they are looking for. He is very informative and makes sure that you know the specific details when renting.
Haley was very helpful with getting me back into my Nokey electronic lock when I locked my phone in my unit. First thing she did was check my ID which I appreciated. She was friendly overall and well informed.
Just emptied our 10x10 unit after being a customer/storer for almost 15 years at the Aurora location. Availability of access was a big help a few times over the years.
The location was very convenient for us, secure, and always clean. Having a unit 1 floor underground meant it was always cool even on the hottest days.

I had the pleasure of being served by Alex the manager of this public storage location. I had lost my keys to my newly rented storage unit and had no idea what I was gonna do so I called the customer service number and was connected with Alex not only was he accommodating to my time schedule, but he assisted me in Getting a new lock put on my storage unit while answering every question i had with patience. I have worked in Customer service for over 10 years and never have I received the level of professional service that Alex provided to me. If you plan on using this location, know that you will be taken care of promptly and professionally.

Alex the property manager was an immense help with my move out of this storage unit. I had a negative experience with the U-haul box program and would not have got my boxes picked up if it weren’t for Alex. All other aspects of my storage experience were great. 5/5

My sister and I went into this location today to finalize her PS account as she had reserved at the other Aurora location online and their internet was down and then no one was at the front desk when we came back to see if things were figured out. Thankfully Skyler was working at this location and he was a life saver!!! He was so kind, helpful, quick, professional and assisted us by getting her account setup even though we needed it for the other location. Can’t say better things about Skyler and his help today. He was such a gem of an employee. If you are considering opening a unit at this location, I would highly recommend as Skyler is so wonderful and helpful! He went above and beyond to help us.

This place never is open.. literally never answer the phone. If you drive there the dude is never there under any circumstances. It’s hard to call this a public anything. Just a storage any questions you have find a good time to wait in customer service for 32 minutes just for a 3.45 question and answer.
Came into Rent at the Aurora facility 115th. An employee by the name of Alexander was at the desk. I had a lot of questions about how to get started with renting a unit here and he gave me all the factsI needed and I was really satisfied With all the information you gave me on how to get started.
Absolutely excellent service from start to finish—Alex was awesome, and made the entire process of getting set up easy and fast. I would easily recommend this location to anyone in the area.

It's my first time using Public Storage, and if all PS locations were like this one, I'd use it any day, any time. The manager, Alexander, was very friendly, informative, meticulous, and quick in walking my fiance and me through setting up & showing us our unit, all of which happened well within 15 minutes. All PS by policy has to keep everyone off its property past store hours, but Alex was more than generous to allow us to stay 45+ minutes past the hours due to our extenuating circumstances with untimely movers. I'd hate to have Alex go through anything remotely similar to this again, but it was reassuring to know that someone understands life can go out of spin very quickly in many, unexpected ways. As Murphy's Law suggests: "anything that can go wrong, will go wrong," everything went wrong for us on our day of move-in, and Alex & his PS location was one sole thing that went right for us. These mere words and 5 stars won't cut it to express how much this place is recommended!
Poor service. I wonder if this guy is working from home. I've been trying to pay my bill for another location and this location by Home Depot is never open. Been there on my lunch break and 2 different times after 5 pm. No note on door Spoke in person with Alex on Saturday the 7th and found out what his schedule is and he seems very helpful and amiable. Something wonderful happened yesterday. It's called amazing customer service. I had reserved a unit at public storage online Alex called me and helped me find the best Public Storage unit for my needs. This unit was not even at his location but was closer to where I was going to be staying, he set me up with online everything, and helped me figure out how I was going to have delivery there when I was not even in the state yet. His goal wasn't to sell me on something it was truly just to help. Public storage has a great manager in Alex.
The units are pretty standard. But the guy who works here is awesome. He’s super knowledgeable and always extremely helpful.
Upon move out, we learned 3 suitcases full of family photos went missing from our storage unit…all my childhood photos and the family portraits of our ancestors. Our family is beyond gutted. Missing dvds and a small table…the replaceable items are perplexing, as are the baskets and suitcases full of old cheap purses that were placed in our unit without our awareness. It’s all very perplexing as our unit was locked and secured and showed no sign of tampering. But the entire 9 months we rented here we noticed things amiss, items that didn’t belong to us somehow placed in our unit, a missing table, missing dvds, things we thought would resurface once we emptied the unit. But the worst imaginable, 3 suitcases containing our family archive of photos that are in no way replaceable, is a devastating loss I will never accept. This review will hopefully prevent someone from experiencing the grief of this kind of loss. We learned a hard lesson that storage facilities cannot be trusted to protect your precious family heirlooms.
