Cassidy was so friendly when I ran into her yesterday. I was at my unit when she was making her rounds cleaning, and she checked on me and introduced herself as the new manager. I had some concerns and she answered all of my questions and didn’t rush me. Thank you Cassidy!

Analea helped me through a problem with my rollup door the clasp was too short and even the door was locked you could pull up the rollup door. She installed a longer clasp that went through the rail fix the problem thank you.

Public Storage in Kent, WA runs a top-notch business. Every manager I've ever dealt with has been courteous, helpful, and taken the time to speak with me personally to answer any questions I might have. The facility is clean, secure, and the climate controlled units have kept my items in perfect condition since I've had them there. Tonight, I spoke with Linda regarding a rent increase notification, and she was kind enough to submit a discount request on my behalf. Thanks, Linda, and thanks, Public Storage, for maintaining a customer-first business that truly makes people feel like they matter! It is appreciated! :)

For some reason, my public storage lock got jammed. Linda helped me fill out a cut request and get a new lock prepped. We were given the timeline of about 2-3 weeks . But the district manager happened to come in the next day and get it done! We appreciate the promptness, especially with how often we need to access items in our unit.

Wanted to say that she has an Awesome Attitude, Great Customer Service Skills, and a Delight to Work with, not to mention a Beautiful smile, for days. Google only allows Five Stars, but in reality, I gotta say that she is way more closer to a 7, than she is a 5. I had one of the best customer service experiences in my life at this Public Storage location: 7421 S. 180th St., Kent, WA with Kiki. I walked in to see one of the smallest available units on 7/29/24. Not only was Kiki calm while simultaneously helping me and two other guests, she was also very relatable and authentic. I appreciated the level of detail and humor that she provided today. It was a breath of fresh air. Again, hands down- best customer service ever.

Been a bit delayed submitting this but wanted express how great both Amanda and Jane are, and as a customer would like to see them both be rewarded with high merits because of the difficult situation they had to deal with. Unfortunately, a large scale breach happened and my unit became victim to it, but because of both Amanda and Jane, I have been able to recover most of my belongings that the theives/human garbage attempted to take. In lieu of this event they both have made it a priority to ensure a stronger level of security and assurance that my belongings are safe and protected, as well as, been knowledgeable and transparent of the event that occurred. Amanda works very regularly at this location and in all honesty, her deescalation and customer service skills are why I have elected to continue doing business and storing my belongs at this location. While I do still believe that more could be done to prevent this from happening again, like limiting the access hours to only when staff is onsite to help improve the security in such a high-crime riddled area; I still feel that my belongings are in good hands under Ananda’s watch. I work as an auditor and quality control manager for a publicly traded company and the skills and passion to meet and exceed customer expectations by both Amanda and Jane are things I hope Public Storage highlights, acknowledges, and puts forth for them to elevate their careers in a sooner than later manner. Both Amanda and Jane would be people I would even like to have in my line of work and if Public Storage Corporate doesn’t want to acknowledge this, I would be more than happy to acquire their talents. My experience at this location was so much better than my other experience at another public space office. I was going to give up looking if this location was a bust but I’m glad I didn’t! I’ve worked with this storage facility for 1.5 years now and have had nothing but positive experiences with the team at this location. Jaelin is a wonderful partner to work with. Held on to my stuff for a total of 10 years and suited my need for a long term storage solution that provided a 5 x 10 climate controlled unit for my plastic figure collectio and other heat sensitive belongings. Helpful and polite staff as well. They tend to raise their rates from time to time despite offering low rates to new comers. Actually moved units to get a cheaper price for exactly the same size unit on the same floor, which seemed a bit silly. Regardless, still a great choice for long term storage. Finally leaving to relocate my stuff back where I currently live.
