I truly don’t know where to start……….. I was at a point where I honestly thought there wasn’t anything left to do even after calling every department of the public storage there was. But after a while I started to receive calls from this sweet lady named Ms. Tanya, she was consistent in contacting me to keep me updated throughout my hard times. She’s definitely the lady you’ll want to speak with to receive a down to earth family like experience. Her above and beyond effort is exactly what shaped and changed my opinion on the entire business as a whole. What she showed was what the others I spoke with was incapable of applying and accessing within theirselves, Because everyone these days just reads scripts and doesn’t know how to think as if they’re human, sadly.

Ms. Tanya is an incredible asset to the Euclid property and a delight to work with. It's been wonderful to have a person onsite as there was nobody ever there beforehand. She does a great job maintaining the debris that used to be within the travel lanes and against the doorways. Also it's nice not to have to leave whenever we need to restrooms. They were much too dirty and lacked any sanitation paper or soap previously. Overall the property has been looking like it's cared for and cleaned after since she's been in the office 👍😉

No recomiendo este sitio no es seguro en el estacionamiento de adentro alguien tomo mi caja de herramientas y cuando pedí ayuda al encargado para ver las cámaras me la negó porque dicen que no tienen control de las personas que entran pero como?! si para entrar tienes que tener clave de la puerta y en el counter tienen una pantalla grande donde pueden ver las cámaras de todo el lugar.
Property manager and staff unhelpful, we have a unit right next to the gate, someone stole our tools box worth of $500, we reached out to the staff and Proberty manager to check the camera and find out who did it, they refused to!!! Camera was pointed exactly there on where it happened but they just don’t want to help!!!
I don’t understand why we pay insurance if you can’t provide camera footage!
They also increased the rent $120 more after just 3 months with them!!!
So disappointed with the experience and the staff

I was there yesterday to look at some storage. I did not have a reservation but Victoria did a fantastic job. She showed me a few different units answered all of my questions and even was telling me about the great deals that are happening right now. She made my reservation in store and then I completed my rental online. Best experience by far. Will definitely tell my friends to come here

The property manager is completely unhelpful. My code worked on the external gate but not on the internal door to get into the building that my unit is located behind. I spoke with the manager and was advised the keypad was having issues but should be fixed by end of the day. I asked him when a good time to expect it fixed would be and then he wasn't sure. As I am working on moving, I need access to my property to continue packing. I asked about opening the door using the key and they informed me the district manager had the key and I would have to call costumer service to reach the district manager. I called customer service and was told the property manager had to call the district manager. I asked them to call the manager to help him understand what they needed to do and they refused to help.
The overall experience with this location was great. Danielle assisted me and ensure that I had the best deal possible when I had to make a decision between public storage and extra space I will say
nothing but the best definitely dealing with Danielle.
