I've been having a great experience at public storage due to Jeslyn Ruiz. She is very attentive and always trying to help me out. The only thing is public storage extra fees they charge and the forcable nature they try to get you out of the unit before you can get the unit paid for. That may have me find a different unit. I wish the company was more like Jeslyn and had more of a person touch vs being cold about it.

I wanted to make sure kaylea got the credit she deserves. We had a difficult experience booking a room over the website. It claimed it was a 1st floor but when we got to the unit it was on the 2nd. Kaylea helped us out by quickly finding us a unit on the 1st floor and was able to refund the lock fee when we bothered her during her break. In addition, the unit was clean and easy to access.

I had a really great customer service experience here! The manager, Crystal, was friendly and helpful. The facility was very clean. All these things made me feel comfortable storing my belongings here.
I was impressed with the facility and the manager at the site Crystal(?) I think was her name was friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, my buddy already found a space someplace else. If I needed a spot to store things this would be the place.
I was actually so impressed that I ended up renting a space from the location and Crystal was super friendly about helping me again.
Crystal was great, I was able to reserve my storage unit and was out in 15 minutes.
Crystal was excellent in her approach and displayed a very inviting disposition! I tried visiting a few locations prior to visiting this Herndon location; the one prior to this one, was really a turn-off, as the sign said they would be there at 2:30pm and it was now 3:00pm. Once I finally caught up with the person after calling the National phone line- her response was, “sorry, but I’m not there”. Well, I’m sorry they didn’t get my business and glad she wasn’t! Because Crystal at the Herndon Centerville location is the greatest!

Happy to recommend this place. After renting here for a while, I just upgraded to a larger unit and Crystal at the front desk helped make it a seamless transition. She got me a great deal on a bigger unit. From all of my interactions here, I’ve always received courteous and helpful service.
This particular location is a little far from me, but it’s cheaper than some other storage places in the area and there’s a gas station near it with super cheap gas. The area feels safe.

Our business has used this storage facility for many years and we've always had an exceptional experience! This location hands down has the friendliest and most accommodating staff. Crystal goes above and beyond in providing top notch customer service.
We are moving paper files from our office and chose Public Storage off of Centreville road. The facility is clean, well lit, and easy to access. What stands out as exemplary at this particular location is the customer service. On our first day moving boxes, Crystal came over to introduce herself and see if we needed anything or had questions about the space. While the facility is in great condition the biggest pleasure with storing at this location is Crystal's friendly and personable customer service. We have a unit with U Haul down 50 and believe me when I say their customer service team can't hold a candle to the one here.
