I recently had a five-star experience with Nancy and Ryan, the district manager, after a very frustrating series of events with my storage unit. I initially had issues with the door not opening and had to go back and forth with customer service, who unfortunately were not very helpful. My original move-in appointment was rescheduled for the following day, but once again, the property manager did not show up—without any communication. I had to make multiple trips with my children and belongings, rearranging my own schedule, only to be left waiting both times with no updates.
To make matters worse, I spent over an hour on the phone with customer service, who then tried to charge me an additional $50 just to switch to a working unit. They claimed there was nothing they could do and couldn’t even contact another property manager to assist me.
Thankfully, I spoke to another representative who was able to escalate the issue and connect me with Ryan, the district manager. He sent Nancy from a different location, and that’s when everything changed. Nancy was incredibly kind, empathetic, and took the time to truly listen and resolve all my concerns. Her support—and Ryan’s intervention—completely turned the situation around.
What started as an extremely stressful and disappointing experience ended on a positive note thanks to Nancy and Ryan. Their professionalism and willingness to go above and beyond made all the difference.

Caroline is very professional and always keeping the property free of people that aren't suppose to be there. People go through garbage or things they go through in there storage and don't want in there units annd instead of putting it inside the dumpster they leave it outside including big furniture and especially mattresses. Ya'll don't realize they have to find someone to come haul that away. Please keep it clean! Caroline does her best but it sucks that she has to clean up after grown adults! Let's all do our parts! I give Caroline 5 stars!

I have had my storage unit for a year now and moved to California. I was a little aprehensive about leaving my belongings here since most of my families memories were in there. I recently moved back to Utah came to my storage and had a great experience with Caroline! I definitely give her 5 stars!!! She was super helpful. She made me feel like my unit and our belongings was definitely safe there. She had very great customer service skills was very personable and relatable and very kind! I watched her make rounds several times making sure things were in order! She explained that the cameras are always watching and making sure suspicious people (,who do do not have a rental there) were questioned and removed from the property.. That definitely made me feel better. Also it is very clean and well lit at night! I would definitely recommend renting here!

Came to this place after having issues at another storage. It was wonderful, opposite to the previous place. I rented it online the same day, the gate code worked right away, the unit had a lock in case I needed one. I returned the lock because I didn’t need it and they refunded me right away. I had email notifications about statements. And when I moved out was effortlessly. Loved it.

Bailey here is absolutely phenomenal and is the main reason I’ve stayed here. Anytime I’ve needed anything, Bailey and her team have been there. I’ve had many storage units throughout the years and have never had a property manager as caring and devoted to the property as her. For anyone who hasn’t had a unit in a while, this one is so cool. You don’t have to even leave your car to open the gate. Just have the Public Storage app installed and go to the box and signed in, make sure Bluetooth is on and tap open. No need to remember long PIN numbers or keys, the gate opens with the app. No other Storage unit in the area has it and is super helpful especially in this cold weather. If I could give a 10 I absolutely would!

I have been a renter at since the units was built (APEX STORAGE) now Puplic Storage. When Public Storage took over a few tenants had issues with previous owners (Apex) taken payments for the units. Bailey and her boss did everything they could to get Apex to refund the tenants back their money. Which they did in a timely manner. Then the problem arose with units having to be tore down. I am one of the tenants that has to move due to it. I would like to recognize Bailey for all the help she has given me to get me into another unit on the property. Other Storeage should have property managers like Bailey, that know how to interact with the public like her instead of managers that are only there for a paycheck. Thank You , Public Storage for all your help and concerns for your tentants.. I would recommend Public Storage for anyone looking to store things..
