Well I'd like share my thoughts about Roxie, the kindest person very knowledgeable, helped me through the rental process answered all my questions was very patient with me because I ask tons of questions. Lol.

Was alot better when it was a mom and pop ownership. Rates continue to go up. Told them we were moving out at end of month. Got all of our stuff out on time. All for them to say thank you and charge us another full months rent along with a late payment. How we even acquired that is beyond me since it's on auto draft and the unit was canceled. Guess what checked my code and it no longer works even though they have charged me for an entire month. Crooked company stay away. Many other people are moving out as well. OVILLA STORAGE is still family owned, much cheaper and way easier to deal with
I had a great experience here! The atmosphere was on point; relaxed, welcoming, and just the kind of vibe that makes you want to stay a little longer. Tierra made sure everything went smoothly with top-notch service, and Roxie… well, let’s just say she added that extra spark to the whole experience. Professional, friendly, and definitely someone who knows how to make a customer feel looked after. I’ll definitely be coming back.

Good service and friendly service for the unit
I’ve been using this facility for over 6 years now. Public Storage purchased it last year and since then my rent has gone up twice with no notice once so ever. I used to be able to call and speak to the owners directly and now I have to use the Public Storage app to get any kind of customer service. Not happy with the Public Storage ownership.
As soon as storage facility was sold the Public Storage “corporate” level has increased cost by double. Went from paying $50 a month to $80 to $100+ in under a year. Don’t recommend as they don’t even warn you about cost increases they just bill you for them. Go find a different place to store your items.
The customer service Tiara provided was phenomenal. I contacted her in a panic. I informed Tiara, I did not live in the area, and I was experiencing an emergency; I needed to store my items. With expediency, she assisted with assuring the process for renting the storage went smoothly. I followed her directives, and was able to rent the storage online, as well as make arrangements for the movers to place the items in the storage and secure my items.
I truly appreciate her! As a result of Tiara’s expertise and professionalism, the stress I was feeling at that time soon disappeared.

Tierra was excellent! She showed me various sizes of storage units to help me to better judge which unit would fit my need. She was very knowledgeable about the rentals and she fully explained all the information that I needed to complete my rental there with her or if I opted to complete it online as well. She made this part of my transition a lot less stressful and her service was exceptional! Thank you Tierra for all of your help that you’ve given to me!
It was really easy to book a unit online and start storing items the same day. A lock was provided so I didn’t have to buy one. The area is secure and the associate working was very friendly and professional in answering any questions I may have had.
The Manager Tiara was very nice and helpful with setting up my account and making sure everything was set before I got off the call. She was also very patient. Best customer service I’ve received in a long time. Keep up the good work Public Storage!

The prior owners were amazing. I've had the same unit and paid the same price for over 7 years. However, since Public Storage has bought the facility, it has been HORRIBLE!!! They will change your rates regularly. They refuse to honor prior lease agreement. DO NOT RENT A UNIT HERE!!! Stick with the privately owned facilities!!!
