**EDIT 10/28/24 -- This place hires bots to leave good reviews. lol, they went from like 3 stars to a 4.6 in a month. Public storage will NOT answer your calls at the facility. They make you leave a message for the manager to call you back and you have no idea when you will get a call back and you have to keep calling over and over and leaving messages. This storage facility keeps changing ownership. Has had 3 different owners since I have been with them for about 4 or 5 years. Public Storage just took over (May 1st) and even though I had NO CLUE this happened, and my rental agreement payments aren't due until the 15th of every month, they are sending me the most rude threatening and most unprofessional texts, emails and calls. DO NOT RENT HERE!!!!! They are VERY unprofessional. They have informed me that they have changed the codes to the gates and that I have to make an appointment to meet someone at the office to get a code. I live in another city 3 hours away. This whole situation is horrible and bonkers and freaking crazy how much I pay every month and can't even access my unit if I needed to at the moment.

Another update...after not being able to access the gate during hours, they were kind enough to call me and generously went out of their way to make up for the inconvenience. I would give them 5 stars however, again I went to the same gate of entry to find that it was not working. I tried the smaller gate and it worked, but is not ideal for where my unit is located. I am not sure if this will be the norm moving forward. I do appreciate their efforts for going out of the way to make things better. That deserves 5 stars. However, the gate entry is not solid. I tried to use the QR Code entry and that didn't work either. I enjoyed Joyce who was very patient, kind, and welcoming. She worked very hard to help me get what I needed and did not hesitate to ask when she did not know the answer. Great Job! My only recommendation/suggestion is discounts for military families, Active Duty Servicemembers/Veterans, Fire Figthers and Police. They do a lot and sacrifice alot for this country and their communities. Disappointed. Was told that their hours were from 6am-9pm. Go to drop off a car full of stuff at 8:22 and the gate wouldn't open. Irritated because had my children in the car and had to adjust everything so that they could sit comfortably while we ran errands after this disappointment. Not cool at all. Please get this right. Either you close at 8 or 9pm, which one?

Facilities are safe. But not vermit proof... they are remodeling and i had one of the original unita so maybe this will improve!

I called to get information about my reservation. The gentleman that helped me was very helpful helped me with the insurance the rental the gate code everything he was very polite. Very very nice. Told me everything I needed to know and said if I needed any help at all to contact them and he will be glad to help me. Faculty is always clean and the staff is easy to work with. Anytime I called with questions, they had the answers.

The staff at Mandy’s are so nice and easy to work with. The facility is well taken care of. When we’ve gone to our unit after dark, it is well lit and secure. I would highly recommend Mandy’s for your storage needs!

I've used Mandy's Storage twice now. Nothing but the absolute best service! The owners are nice and very helpful. We'll I'm coming back to rewrite this because when I moved into the unit they prorated me for the month. I expected the same thing upon move out. As last time I was with them they prorated it and sent me back money. However this time they are saying they don't do that but I have my receipt showing they do. So they made me pay $70 for my stuff to be there for 4 days. Saying it's a month to month lease yet since I moved out I no longer have access to the unit but was charged. I will take my business to someone else next time. Very disappointed that the service this time was in no way as good as the first time. Also the first time I was with them they had a $20 service fee that was the lock they provided. Well they still take the $20 but no lock. Don't waste your time

Loved this place. We had a climate controlled unit. The place is very clean, easy to access, easy folks to work with/contact. If I needed a storage unit (climate controlled or not) this is where I’d go.

Very well maintained and secure been there for 2 plus years

I’ve had a unit at Mandy’s mini storage for almost 3 years now and while a lot has changed in those 3 years, I was met with an awesome customer service experience with my issue today. I had to move out of state and store all my stuff from when I lived in the area here. I have had no reason to visit on a frequent basis, but now I’m ready to move in to a new home and get my stuff out of storage, problem is my keys were lost about a year and a half ago. I called and spoke with Kim who was very kind and accommodating to my situation. She was able to ease my worries when I found out so many changes had occurred since I last visited and get me set up to be able to access my unit with ease. I would definitely recommend this place even if you don’t live locally.

My experience was not good the first time in February of this year but gave them a second try this December and still had a bad experience with the facilities payment and processing procedures. I have decided to vacate the unit only 3 days into my contract. I hope the next individual can navigate through this better than me.

Unloaded and loaded up for several clients here. Always been clean, and I haven't seen any signs of mice like most storage places around town.

Update: I talked with Rick at Mandy’s and he had genuine concern for my problem. He even made a decision to make things right, and promised that there would be someone on-site soon. So I am changing my review and I appreciate Rick acting fast to my concerns. I have used Mandy’s storage for several years. When Chris was the owner, the prices were much more reasonable, but now that it changed owners, there’s nobody in the office anymore, and the price is ridiculous for the large unit I pay nearly 200 per month which is outrageous. I’m very unhappy with the cost. Why does storage need to go up just because homes are expensive? That’s the last thing storage should do as people are struggling just to survive

NEVER ANYONE AT THE OFFICE DESPITE ADVERTISING THEIR OFFICE HOURS. ALL YOU GET IS MAYBE SOMEONE ON THE PHONE. DO NOT RECOMMEND
