Renting a unit online was quick and easy. Went in the next day to see the place and unit and was given a tour by Pedro who was a nice guy and professional answering any questions. This place is very clean i would definitely recommend.

Renting a storage space was fairly easy and the codes worked plus the lock and keys were exactly where they stated. Shayne was great to work with as well.

Rented a storage unit at 25621 Two Creeks. Very nice assistance from Shayne who did a professional job answering my questions; showing me the facility; and, signing me up.

I had unexpectedly had to get a storage space. From my initial visit management was very welcoming, informative and SUPER helpful. When the movers arrived with my belongings a few days later AGAIN management and Shane was sooo EXTREMELY helpful and went above and beyond! I apologize I can’t recall the assistant manager name however she’s amazing! I would recommend this location. Thank you ladies for making this unexpected situation a smooth transition xoxo

Highly recommend this Public Storage facility!!! They not only take good care of their facility but also care about the needs of their customers. Barbara and Shayne do a wonderful job running this facility and always get back to you with answers to questions. They have been extremely helpful with helping us figure out what units were available and the process of renting. We need to store items while away on assignment for a few years and I have confidence in storing them here because of them.

It has been so easy to get a storage space and work with Shayne in this process! She has been very helpful, responsive and friendly. We have had to juggle a lot for our recent move and renting here has made the process go smoothly! Easy access right off the highway, units & facility kept clean, carts always available and lots available parking close to the elevator. Great place to rent storage space.

Had a hiccup with the website, but don't let that stop ya. Just call or walk in. Barbara, Maddie, and Dawn are all top notch and will get ya going. Super helpful! The space is nice. Temps are well maintained. The ground floor is probably worth it if you're going to access your stuff often. In the rare high traffic times, elevators require just a little patience due to use. NBD

Code worked. Door worked. Unit was 20 ft from walk in! Plenty of hand carts to help. Took 4 loads and we were done. Locked it up and left very very happy!

Shayne and the other ladies in the Two Creeks office are very helpful and friendly. We added a 2nd unit today and Shayne took care of this efficiently, showing us the potential storage units and taking care of all of the paperwork. In addition, the facility is new and clean. The only request is to make either a turnaround for a trailer or provide a 2nd exit so we can pull out without having to back all the way to the entrance.

I’ve been underutilizing my storage unit (storing two boxes in it that could easily fit in my garage) and, after offering a smaller storage unit, Barbara made the cancellation/move out process fast, easy, and friendly. Arion was really nice and really helpful. I plan on getting a storage unit next month and Arion took her time and showed me a few units. The facility is really clean and it’s a nice area.

Such a helpful experience with Kimberly! She was able to help me pick a storage facility that worked better for my needs and was very kind and professional. The facility itself is gated, very clean, and super accessible.

Helped my elderly dad move his vehicle from across the street into the Two Creeks location and was impressed. In the process, we called and spoke with someone outside of the property (800 customer service), called and spoke with someone at the actual location, and visited the office, as well. It was a little hard to reach the actual site to confirm our reservation, but once I got through, the woman I spoke to was super sweet! The only things I'd recommend for improvement are having a couple trash cans for customer use and perhaps have a variety of moving items for sale in your office. I had hoped to purchase a vehicle cover there, but ordered one online and had to return to put it on. Other than that, everything was really amazing. Everyone I spoke with was friendly - every single time! The online reservation process was to the point, property is clean, location is ideal, access is easier (access gate code use at site and app). Last but not least, their customer service and prices are outstanding! Thanks for making this move over to Public Storage easy!

Great BRAND NEW storage facility recently opened in the Fair Oaks Ranch /Boerne/ Leon Springs area! I recently had a great experience working with Kim at this great facility. She was very helpful and friendly and I got great deal on my unit too. I Highly recommend this Public Storage!
