Mrs. Peggy was wonderful help and explained everything great and was easy.

Wife and I have been renting for a while and Peggy is an asset to the property. She is courteous and respectful of our needs and has tried to work with us for the best rates possible. I called up today to ask a question about electronic access and she was quick to return my call and address my issue. 5 stars for customer service.

Stopped by this location to inquire about storage units and to see the different sizes available in order to make a good decision about a move that I’m making. Since I cannot take all of my possessions with me, and I’ll be gone on deployment for at least 12 months, I need the right priced/sized unit to store my things until I return. The office and property was clean and well maintained. I spoke to Julie, she was very kind and helpful. She listened to my needs and happily assisted me. Thank you!

I've been a customer since January of 2023, and Peg was able to turn an awful day into a great experience. I was being forcefully evicted from my apartment, and was just distraught, and riddled with depression and anxiety, but from the moment I spoke with Peg, she was able to calm me down and feel assured that it was going to be ok. Even though I was a little late to my reservation, she took the time to show me different units, and even advised me of what I shouldn't store, addressed any questions, and was just all around fantastic. We have such great report now, that even though I could pay online, I'll usually go in person with cash just so we can interact. I feel so much safer knowing that there's a person I trust, who will genuinely take care of not just my belongings, but also me as a person. She is invaluable in terms of customer service, and communications, and really made the experience a pleasant one.

It is so hard to find dependable, honest, hard-working employees these days. So if you have one of these people on your staff I suggest that you make some type of gesture of appreciation every so often to ensure you keep that star shining. And if you already do these things for your employees, complete admiration is yours, in my book. You guys may have read my other storage reviews with all the fancy hightech upgrades that were done on my other units. Well listen here, while I enjoy some of the modern things in life there is one thing that will never have anything good enough made to replace it. And that is the good old fashion, the direct customer experience. I enjoy entering this storage facility and seeing a smiling face and a wave to say hello. I enjoy being able to drop by the office and asking a question and getting a professional, knowledgeable answer. I enjoy the fact that I know I can depend on seeing the same person every visit rather than a barrage of different people all the time. But guys you can't find that type of service anywhere or at anytime anymore. EXCEPT... At Public Storage on Austin Hwy. Now there are a couple but I'm talking about the one tucked away right across the street from Walmart. This place is where you'll find personable services. From the cleanliness of the facility, on-site bathrooms, units being maintained, and the willingness of site management to ensure your needs are being met along with the professional knowledge of her business at hand. I guarantee you'll never experience a better storage rental experience if you desire the laid back, non-tech, good customer service and peace of mind you'll get when you rent at this place. 💫Wherever the owner is, buddy, you have a shining star at this facility. Keep her shining because her hard work, manual labor and knowledge makes her professionalism exude. Stop patting the backs of employees like this and telling them job well done. It's time to show how much these people really are appreciated. How about a block party or something? Lol j/k. Nah but for real I like this facility and the manager really is just as I say she is, a pro.💫

I have had a storage unit here for a couple of years. The property is always clean and well kept. The manager, Peggy is always friendly, courteous, and helpful. I needed a copy of all my receipts and she was more than happy to accommodate me. I will be doing business with them for many years to come.

The staff here are phenomenal. I worked with both Tamara (the store manager) and Ms. Marie for my storage. They are professional and very knowledgeable of the services that are offered on the property. The storage units were clean and met all my needs. I would go back to this particular location just based on the customer service I have received the 7 months I have had my property in storage.

Stay away from this place!! They will force you to buy things for the unit. The unit they gave was dirty and the door was broken like someone had broken into it before. I was charged for a disk lock without asking me if I wanted the lock and gave me a higher insurance price than the one I ask for. I found a better place with a better price and climate control.

Loved this Public Storage (specifically this one!!!) So friendly and welcoming! Tamara especially!! She was always very understanding and always worked with us on our payment issues. She was always patient and definitely always greeted us with a smile! If I ever move again I will definitely come to this location again, even if I have to drive hour to get here!!

Update I was there yesterday and Tamara had terrible customer service 😡she was raising her voice she agitated upset and at her own situation or cause her Internet was not working and need to do her work manually or she brought her problems to work what ever case she had she took out her frustration out on him and he was not able to compete contract do to her unexplained attitude 😳towards him never again at this location she was told he was not feeling well but need the unit she was not having it😡. Still puzzled at her behavior toward him 🤔 Feel to mention he was disabled and dark completed skin tone 👦🏾wow for his first experience at this location 🙁30-year-old Antwan Jones

I am very happy I ended at BJ's & Tamara location, they are very friendly, professional, and take their time to wait on clients and answer questions I had quite a few. BJ and Tamara keep the place so neat and I notice they are always checking on clients as they are loading or unloading and ask you are doing ok. I felt kind of nervous at first because I would go by myself to the storage, when I notice that BJ was aware of who came in and would drive by I felt safe. They are both so nice too bad this is my last month, I'll will stop by and say Hi to them I am always in the area. We need more of this friendly employees all over that would be AWESOM.
