I’ve been trying for a couple of days to get on here and write this review, and honestly, it’s long overdue. The manager, Ms. Peitra, at this location truly deserves to be recognized.
She has consistently greeted me with kindness and has provided excellent customer service every single time I’ve spoken with her—whether in person or over the phone. She is also amazing at multitasking; she’s always on the move, taking care of customers and handling business with ease.
I’m writing this now because I recently needed to make a change to my account, which required calling the office. It was difficult to get through after multiple attempts, so I left a voicemail. I did receive a call back quickly, but due to heavy static on the line, I couldn’t understand most of the message—and then the call abruptly dropped.
Shortly after, I received a call from Ms. Peitra’s personal cell phone. She explained that their phone lines were having issues due to internet support problems and apologized for the inconvenience. I explained my situation, and she immediately offered to help. She patiently walked me through each step, explained what I needed to do, and made sure I understood everything clearly. She truly took the time to listen to my concerns and helped me find the best solution for my needs.
Ms. Peitra goes above and beyond, and her dedication deserves recognition.

Won an auction here and the customer service was wonderful. I actually know Petra she is so wonderful and caring when it comes to everything about public storage. I met her when she was at the Hackberry location and when I went here I was happy with the service provide.
They do read the reviews. New carts were added and there were plenty to choose from! That mediated the problem i had.
While the price was great for the size unit I got there needs to be more carts. I've been 5 times in the last few days. 4 out of 5 times I've had to wait for a cart.

We rented two separate storage units on the PS app. Not knowing the layout of the facilities and where the units where located, Chris, the manager, helped us switch units to make the unloading of our United Van Lines semi truck a very seamless ordeal. (Two full days to load) One 9 hour day to unload!!
The fully climate controlled facility seemed to be working just fine. Clean restrooms and cold water fountain also was a plus. Thank you Chris, for everything!!!!

Steven is awesome, poor guy had a rough week with the elevators being down, but they did get at least one fixed the day I was there. Next time I went they was in the process of repairing the second one. Steven was up beat even with all he was dealing with. He was able to show me the unit I rented, but I realized it might not have been big enough. He very easily switched me to the next size up. The location of the site is very easy to get to.

Just wanted to share that we had arrived with a reservation for Labor Day special and it turned out that there were no more units for this special we were set on leaving however Christopher was super accommodating and kindly walk us thru some options that made financial sense. Reasonable prices, discounts/specials for new customers, very clean inside though I can't say the same thing for the outside of the building. There's alot of trash in the parking lot. I haven't seen it clean since my first day there. Not just anyone can get in since you need to put your access code at every door to get in. There's the door by the elevators to go into the 1st floor storages and I always have problems opening it. I put my code like 4 times before i get it to open. Regardless of this little thing, I still would recommend this location to anyone looking for a storage unit.

Found the place e real clean ms.cindy very helpful and patient with me.i am partially handicapped she asked how much stuff I had and showed me what I would need.we got all the Info.and I'm set.thank you ms. Cindy
Very easy to make a reservation online and access unit on my own using the app. If you are just renting a unit and not a parking space for a vehicle you can enter through the front loading zone that’s COVERED! Easy, straight forward access to first floor or elevators. Customer service was great at the desk and over the phone when confirming my reservation as well as answering all of my questions. The facility is very clean and well lit and has carts available to move belongings. No complaints at all.

Dustin did an amazing job at explaining to me about the prices, and telling me about their facility. Overall he really made me excited to rent at Public Storage!
Manager Cindy was the sweetest upfront honest person I met. She walked us though the process and price and made you feel at home. Thank you Cindy for providing such a positive experience on my first storage. Very clean and easy to use/find my storage.

This place is so clean and very easy to find your space. Cyndi, the property manager is very nice and accommodating. She also makes sure that the place stays clean. Aside from being the property manager, she is also the cleaning lady, lol!!!

Please do not get discouraged when you first call and things don't go well. For instance they spell your name wrong or someone you know used you as a contact person on their storage and you weren't aware. This in turn shows up like someone else is using your email because they have your email and phone number in their files. It was a mess it took awhile to sort it out, but it got done right.
When I connected with Cindy everything went smoothly. So stress free. I felt better about making the change. She is straight forward, easy to communicate with, very friendly, (you don't just feel like a storage number). She took her time explained everything to me Twice 😂 (I was having a bad day).
The facility is kept clean and the set up is great. The only thing is the don't offer Veteran's discounts or any other kind of discount. This is not on Cindy. It is the Company.
Let's not harm the messenger! She is only doing her job as told and she is Awesome at it. Keeping smiling 😃 and doing the great job you do Cindy.

Very clean. Easy access and super helpful Management. Couldn't have been easier. The Manager Cindy walked me through every step. Including helping me download Public Storage app on my phone to make things easier. Climate control and security cameras throughout property. I feel at ease knowing my possessions will be safe.
