We recently added a unit and she listened to our needs and found us the perfect unit. She has also been extremely helpful and when we've had issues with locks jamming. Originally came in and worked with a new person after corporate sent me in to reserve a certain building number which is crazy....I came in with a ref number from the 1800 number and system couldn't find me, and Ms Sunday worked her knowledge and called her upper management to expedite the process since the whole situation was complicated! I found my original account number from the reference number and she back logged it and honored the system pricing and got me a unit on the floor I needed!!!! Just got off the phone with a nice, pleasant and very professional gentleman at the Rowlett location. Who helped me rather quickly with an issue with my storage unit. I didn't get his name but give him 5 stars and the facility itself always has the best workers.... Highly recommend for storage services!
Changing to a smaller unit was a snap. Just had to coordinate with office manager on location and the whole process took less than 15 min and we have 48 hours to move to the new unit. Easy peasy!

I recently had a great experience at Public Storage thanks to two wonderful women, both named Mitchell. Their customer service was outstanding.
When I walked in, the first Mitchell welcomed me with a friendly smile. She took the time to answer all my questions about the different storage options and helped me pick the right one. She really knew her stuff and made everything simple and stress-free.
The second Mitchell helped me with the paperwork and getting set up. She was super efficient and thorough, making sure I had everything I needed. She even shared some helpful tips on how to best use the storage space.
Both Mitchells were professional, attentive, friendly, and genuinely cared about making sure I had a good experience. They went above and beyond to help me out. If you need storage, I highly recommend going to Public Storage and asking for the Mitchells. You won't be disappointed!

This is a convenient location, easy to get in and out, and always super clean. I feel safe accessing the storage unit since you drive inside and access your unit from behind closed doors. The buildings are only accessible by renters who have gate codes and there are lots of security cameras. Many other company’s storage units open to the outside where passersby can easily see what’s in the unit. Dollies are readily available in each building so you can easily transport your items in or out of your storage unit. There are elevators making it easy to access your unit when it’s not on the first floor.
Michelle is always super friendly and helpful. She also quickly helped sort out a billing issue for us. Thanks to you and your team, Michelle!

****Update: I am assuming someone that works at public storage seen this review because I got an email a few days after posting this review that my monthly rent was reduced back down for being a loyal customer. Because of their willingness to make the situation better and provide this kind of customer service, I do recommend using this facility.
It's always kept very clean and access is convenient, but please read fine terms of your rental because they are constantly raising monthly rates. If you do the self sign-up online, just beware your promo price will dramatically increase every couple months. Because of the outrageous price hikes, I recommend you stay away from this company.
We moved to Public storage bc where we were storing our things became way too expensive. The price was so much better, the storage unit is much taller, the facilities are very nice and super clean and the staff is super helpful. Daniel moved our units so we were in the same building and are across the hall from each other. We really appreciated his going the second mile to make life easier for our family.

Brice at castle Rowlett is awesome! I have used lots of storage facilities, but he was by far the friendliest and most helpful! The property is super clean and feels safe for a single woman to be at after dark.

I love this the staff is nice and customer service is awesome I use this property for 9 months and never had one issue with the elevators, cool climate control a clean facility and well kept and Dollies were always available for use.

Victoria was so helpful when we were signing up! I had goofed doing it online and she got it all straightened out for us! I have rented from Public Storage over the years and by far - this location is exceptional! Brice and Victoria were “world class”! I currently managed/trained customer service staff in government (20 yrs.) and I recognize “A” class customer service when I see it & experience it! Professional, integrity, excellent communication and knowledge of PS processes, articulate, and kind. Trust me - their character has renewed my faith in dealing with Public Storage staff. I felt it was worth the time and effort to stop and inform PS management team - Veronica A. and Brice M. are certainly an asset and representative of the Public Storage image and mission - remember them and utilize their skill sets for growth and performance reviews - well deserved and I promise you will not be disappointed!
