Thomas, the on-site manager has great communication, very happy to help attitude and just an all around great experience. He has been more than helpful with all of my storage needs and concerns. Thomas has taken the time to meet with me and help me even with moving a heavy item and was happy to do it. Very pleased and appreciated customer!

I have to say, this was one of the SMOOTHEST experiences with a storage facility BY FAR! And it’s not just because of the brand PS, and the autonomy of the property. It’s also due to the staff they put in place.
The day I moved in, nobody there. Not a problem. I was set to use my phone as a fob to a drive up unit. Everything was neatly inside the unit for locking. But when I wanted an additional lock, they even had a vending machine to pay your bill, or buy locks!
And now to the staff, I had questions for PS but wanted to talk to a human.
Well Hayley (on site manager) called me on her own today to ask how it all went. IT WENT GREAT, and now she was available to answer my questions! Honestly, don’t mess with the rest when Public Storage is the best! Thanks Hayley!

I recently visited Public Storage on 14th Street in Plano, TX. The Property Manager, Tish was awesome. She was very helpful and very knowledgeable and assisted me with getting a storage unit to preserve a few items for my niece since my brother passed away. These heritage and sentimental items will now be preserved for Catelynne until she is older. Many thanks to Tish for her help. She went over and beyond to be kind and helpful.

Tish - manager onsite - is one of the most amazing people I have met in this area. She was very patient with me and gave great customer service. It is one of the factors in me planning to be a repeat customer at this site location (14th Street, Plano, Texas).
The only thing i'd wish for Public Storage to be mindful of is misleading marketing on their website. For e.g., i rented out a 10x10 space but when I measured it, it was 10x9. This doesn't seem like much but if you're like me planning to the last detail it sucks to find out being shortchanged by a big company. Its an easy fix too: either advertise 10x9 instead of 10x10 or resize the storage spaces.
