We relocated from Houston to Magnolia. I must admit that our Public Storage experiences at both locations were totally different. The Magnolia location has climate control systems, clean storage facilities, wonderful customer service and lacks homeless people living in the facility. We also recommend anyone looking for storage space to come to the Magnolia location. You definitely will get more bang for your buck. We definitely want to thank Sharon for her assistance and wonderful customer service!
Kim has been nothing but amazing manager, she has help me and my nephew grant with not only our storage needs she went out of her way to help me get scheduled for an appointment with our lock issue, me being sick and elderly I’m not able to do much but Mrs.Kim has helped me tremendously, she keeps her property extremely clean, even the restroom are amazing spotless and smells amazing. We moved from Houstong to NYC recently and needed to downsize and thus, needed storage. This is hands down the best experience I've had with a storage facility. The premises are extremely clean. Things like their elevators, HVAC, dollys/hand trucks, lighting and access systems, all ACTUALLY WORK! Their showroom is fully stocked and they have all of the gear and supplies you need for safely transporting and storing your belongings. I've been to places where there are foul smells from other units and the situation never gets fixed. Here, I've never come in and seen anything out of place or smelled odors that will end up getting your things to reek.
In addition, Lesa at the front desk is absolutely kind and helpful. She's always been helpful...not only before we signed up to store our stuff, but ever since. We would be clients even if they were a bit more expensive. They are very reasonably priced, though.

We've been looking at different storage units for a while and this one was perfect. Great location with easy access to both entrances. The representative we spoke directly with, Diana, was extremely helpful! She took the time to show each unit we asked about and explain the different rates. We could tell she was busy managing two different locations but that didn't stop her from providing excellent customer service.

My rates have gone up considerably since I’ve been renting here. I called and spoke with the manager, Amber, about it. Before I could even finish explaining the reason for my call she’d already put in a rate decrease request for me and was able to save me some money on my rate. It was a no hassle phone call and she was nothing but friendly.
I really like having the ability to gain access through the app as well. It’s a great update to the property.

I first moved into a storage unit at this location in 2017, shortly after they opened. Since that time, I would characterize my limited interaction with the staff and Customer Service call center as a mixed bag. On Christmas Eve (2023), I transferred from one unit to another at this location, in order to lower my storage cost. On this particular occasion, the PS representative manning the front office, Taylor, was super helpful, efficient, and well-versed in how to complete the transaction to transfer units. I was in and out of the facility in no time. My experience on this particular day testifies to how good service can change perceptions of a business, in my case, from mixed to 5-star. Thank you!
If you would like a safe and secure place to keep those memorable items, this would be it. Amber is a huge asset at this location, as she is both courteous and helpful. She helped me close out my unit expeditiously, I thought I was going to be there for awhile to fill out forms. She closed it out in less than 5 minutes. I kept asking is that all and she said yes thats all. Sure enough I checked my email and it was complete. She is truly a blessing. Thank you again Amber!

I have seen Amber walk the entire location several times a day. When I was in my unit she stopped to make sure I was happy with my unit and if I had any questions or concerns. I told Amber I needed to down size as I did not need a bigger unit anymore. Amber checked her list and found me a smaller unit close by original unit that was available. Amber took the time during her inspection of the location to show me the unit. Amber told me to contact her when I was ready to switch units and she would help me.
I came in a few days later and Amber remembered me and my unit number. Amber was able to switch me over in just a few minutes. Amber has such a polite and helpful demeanor and very knowledgeable of her location.
The owners of Public Storage should be very happy knowing that Amber is running their facility extremely well and her professional conduct with their customers is top rate.

I have been renting a unit at this location since February, and just recently moved out. While moving out, there was an incident with two careless and disrespectful gentlemen that blocked my vehicle in a parking spot. The manager, Amber, saw what was going on and immediately came outside and handled the situation by being kind, respectful and professional towards them by asking them to move their truck and trailer. Even though the two gentleman were very disrespectful towards her and myself, she did an outstanding job handling the entire situation. Customer service is awesome and they care about their customers, I will always recommend this location to store your belongings enough!

I went there with some annoyance, felt it unnecessary to deliver keys to a empty storage, plus the out of the way drive, even if I still have a balance on the account, but per Amber's request I went to deliver them back.
Thankfully, I had a wonderful experience with Rhonda at this site.
She was on break and so graciously still me with a problem that was not her own. She immediately calmed me and is the biggest reason for the 5 star in leaving today.

Downsized from a 5x10 to 5x6 bcz no longer needed the extra space and wanted to save $. PS Manager Amber was incredibly helpful and made the transfer easy. Offered suggestions on best way to make switch and made everything go smooth. She’s terrific and PS is super clean and safe storage facility.
