Mortan ranch location is beyond the best location to rent from especially with such great helpful management that is always keeping busy, safe and clean environment especially shout out to Taylor who is the prime example of what leadership great customer service should be. I absolutely love this place! It is by far the best storage I have ever used! My family and I feel secured and also our stored possessions. Taylor has been such a blessing to us. Went to my storage to pay my bill but no one was inside even though it was before 6pm. Anyway went to Morton ranch public storage to pay. Bearded guy was very helpful and I got my bill paid. Yeh I know u can pay online but I'm ole school. Go in and pay and get a paper reciept. Yes I know they email u a reciept😂

I hate having to pay this bill, but the location that I went to to pay it, gave me a very pleasant experience. I unintentionally went just before the store closed and Drell was so kind to me and even gave me information that I had inquired about not only for the store she was working, but also for other stores. Drell was patient, kind, and went above and beyond her work duties. I hate having to need a storage unit outside of my current living space, but Drell has made it a bit easier and because of such I will continue to use this business for my storage needs.

I had an issue with the public storage company. Once the owner of this storage facility discovered I was unhappy they called less than 24 hours later. The district manager called me to to see how they can work on the problem. They really came across as wanting to help make sure this issue is something that does not happen to anyone else especially any one down on their luck. I felt heard and they thanked me for showing a concern that they would bring up to the company and see if any changes can be made. This particular storage facility has people that really care to help.

I Went over because I was looking for a storage box to fit a large item,after going to several places and didn't get a right size. I met Nakiema (I hope I got her name right) and she was an angel. I rented my first ever storage with public storage and it was a delight. I met nakiema the store manager on the property and she made my process so much easier. I’m able to get in just by my phone. I have had no issues at all. Im recommending this to anyone!
