I have rented with this facility at least 3 times within the past year. All 10 x 10 spaces. The property is very clean. The bathroom is clean and the trash is generally removed immediately. The interior rooms are convenient to access and the Wi-Fi for the app works 95% of the time which is better than most. Erin and her crew are always friendly and welcoming. If I have to use storage again, this is where I’ll go.

I just moved some things in today. I my space online which was quite convenient. The building was quite clean. The staff was helpful, they not only told me how but showed me how to access the elevator. Even though there were no dollies, the staff member requested one from a person that was also moving in (they had 3 dollies). So far so good. I would recommend this place.

ERIN!!!!!! She is AMAZING! Our first time going to public storage and we just stumbled into one further from our house. She explained everything clearly with no surprises. But what’s this!? A surprise!? YES. SHE SENT US TO A DIFFERENT PUBLIC STORAGE WHERE IT WAS HALF AS EXPENSIVE AND WAY CLOSER TO OUR PLACE. It turns out not all angels have wings. Thank you Erin!

This place offers top-class climate-controlled storage, and excellent service to match! Mary, Erin and Norma were extremely helpful when I was there to gather quotes from movers. They brought the mover representatives up to my units on the 3rd floor when the reps had trouble reaching me due to the signal inside the building. They always called back promptly when I left messages. Upon leaving Public Storage, I was unable to be present for the loadout and had a friend help by being my representative for the load out. Erin and Norma added my friend to my account, took note of his picture so there wouldn’t be any questions on loadout day, and were helpful explaining the mechanics of managing a move out of Public Storage remotely. Finally, they followed up after the move out was completed, explaining the credit that would come back to my credit card and when to look for it (I paid in advance and had to move out early).
I give this facility and its staff 5 stars out of 5, and highly recommend them for your storage needs. Thank you again, Erin, Norma and Mary!
