My light in the storage never got fixed, the rent keeps going up, and the app for the gate works only half the time. Walls and lighting need to be 100 when moving in.

I had a small issue with one of my rentals but like lightning Ty called me and remedied the situation. He anticipated my needs with cougar like instinct. Walking away from a bad experience feeling made whole is not as common as it used to be. I appreciate everything!

This is our 1st time having a storage. Went online got a 5x5 storage. They gave us a QR code to open the main gate and the key inside my storage. Great experience so far. Highly recommend them!!!

Lugar aparentemente limpio pero muy inseguro Las cámaras de vigilancia no trabajan y al momento de rentar supuestamente esta monitoreado 24 por 24 y es mentira Sin embargo si debes pagar el 100% de la renta No importa si entran a rovar en tu storage no importa si las paredes están quebradas si la toma de luz no sirbe La persona que trabaja allí siempre mal humorada no tiene solución para ningún inconveniente Muy mal lugar si necesitas un mal lugar noches estresadas por preocuparte que al día siguiente ya se metieron a rovarte pues este es el lugar indicado recomendado 100% por mal servicio y inseguro

Pesimo storage la persona que trabaja dentro de la propiedad siempre esta molesta Cuando uno llega a rentar espacio lo venden como una instalation monitoreada las 24 horas de dia Las camaras de los pasillos no sirven Solo las cameras de la oficina funcionan Alguien que esta dentro de la propiedad buscando siempre entre el contenedor de basura y pide dinero a quien tenga su espacio alli y si no le dan se molesta comportandose agrecivamente Me negue a darle dinero y al siguiente dia avian entrado a rovar en mi espacio rentado Entraron por un costado por el espacio de a lado que se acababa de vaciar ponen un cello de plástico rompieron ese cello rompieron el sherrok y Entraron a rovar La policia solo viene a llenarte de preguntas como si uno fuera el ladron hasen un reporte te dan el papel y eso fue todo Por parte del storage te imponen aseguranza obligatoria Pero en el momento del reclamo tampoco te ayudan ni reembolsan La persona que trabaja alli no tiene ninguna solution solo se la quita con que va ablar con su supervisor Lugar limpio aparentemente tranquilo Pero sumamente inseguro pesimo pesimo service pesimo personal Y no te areglan nada las Paredes quebradas y te dicen claro que no las ban a areglar Si kieres un lugar inseguro con mal servicio y estar preocupado cada noche estresado porque poaiblemente ya Entraron a rovarte este es el lugar indicado para rentar

In a year that I've been using a storage facility 10x10 original price, $150 a month, this month I had to pay $239 a dramatic rate increase. Several other customers have complained that their property was covered with dust because of the construction there. I mentioned the issue to the manager for explanation was get a tarp if I wanted to get a tarp I would just leave my stuff outside terrible place jack up the prices some more You can't use the dumpster.

Doesn't communicate well

NEVER EVER USE PUBLIC STORAGE. THEY ARE A BAIT AND SWITCH COMPANY. THEY CHANGE THEIR RATES EVERY 3 MONTHS

Self serve location, you can use a kiosk machine to complete rental and payments, has a live agent that can assist.

This place has treated me really well. Pash helped me out in one of my most difficult times. She was new to the location but even then she went above and beyond to help me. I can thank her enough. Ill keep my stuff here as long as I need to. Highly recommend. Thank you Pash!

Never answer the phone, everytime I call says to leave a voicemail, no cll back is ever made. No one is ever on site when going to the office to try to get help with issues no one is available

Horrible experience using public storage all the dust got in under from the CLOSED gate. They raised the rate $45 up from what I was already paying. Definitely choosing another storage company, every time I go no one is there to help out

THANK YOU PUBLIC STORAGE!!!!! In 9 YEARS I have only had one problem and when it was addressed by Anatasia, she immediately rectified the problem. This location was very convenient with easy access to the highway. The premises was always clean, well lit, and very well protected. I had an enjoyable stay and I thank you for helping me keep my great grand parents things safe. There are no words I can say to truly express my thanks.
