I had a really good experience at this public storage, the people that work there Natasha and Mark were an awesome team that helped me with all my customer service related issues. I felt like they went the extra mile. I rented from this location for about four months, and all my belongings were still in the condition I left them. Well what can I say about this place. This is for yesterday June 6th 2022. So normally I'm not such a hot mess especially when I am going to do a review on a place. This is not one of those cases so upon arrival I already had a debacle on my hands in the sense that I was moving from one self-storage location to another. Luckily enough the lady down there was nice enough to coordinate with Kim up here at this location and get everything figured out to help me get my promotional entry rate as well as a decent air conditioned with an elevator storage unit to get to. Rather than dragging all of my stuff upstairs to an air conditioning unit with no elevator. Kim was sweet as could be as well as her employee was awesome she was very attentive to the issue knew who I was when I walked in the door she's quite memorable herself for real for real. Even when her employee having a little issue with the computer being a pain they kept cool calm and collected. She made sure that she guided him through what was going on he got it figured out then when a different person came in they were able to quickly switch spots and efficiently get everything done get me checked in. Kim even went as far as to help guide me to my storage locker. What a doll she is! Would have loved to have taken her home if she could of made the rest of my day so easy definitely would have been nice, But I guess I shouldn't try to steal the good employees from public storage. Overall the staff was amazing places really nice well maintained and my issues were resolved in well attended to. Definitely will recommend to anyone here come here you won't be disappointed.

Kim was fun and gave us a great experience on renting us a storage.
I reserved a unit online and viewed the unit in person when I realized I needed a bigger unit. Mrs. Natasha was very helpful in allowing me to view larger vacant units so I could determine which unit would best meet my needs. She made the unit transfer seamless and explained every screen as the prompts appeared on the iPad.
