We went in to get a smaller unit and had the pleasure of working with Jennifer. She was extremely helpful with answering any questions we had. She also took us to view two different units and was extremely sweet the entire time while helping us. I absolutely recommend working with her!

No one was in the store two days in a row. WE even made an appointment to be there to look at their facilities, and the lady wasn’t there. We had to wait 30 minutes until she finally came in. Another gentleman was waiting for 15 minutes and told us it was like that every time. We took our business to another storage facility.

This location sold my grandparents items. I live out of state and I can’t get through to anyone. No one ever answers the phone! I’ve left many voicemails and no one returns my call. Take your business elsewhere.

There's not a zero star option which would be accurate is why 1 star was selected. If I did more research such as Yelp, this would have NEVER been my selection. I used reviews from Public Storage which is mostly in their favor. For starters this storage can be a hazard late evening as there are not working lights. There are never carts as at times Walmart Carts are in the storage. There are only 2 carts to help move things and one is hard to maneuver. They ridiculously go up on rent with no warning. From $188 for 10x10 storage to $237.. They entered my storage claiming to need access to hvac with no 3 day written notice as indicated in the leasing agreement. The lock was cut and thrown on the floor in the corner of the storage by staff. They never offered to repay for the cut lock instead they replaced it with a different type lock. This location is very unprofessional. Beware.......Research other sites before making your selection...

I had a really good experience at this public storage, the people that work there Natasha and Mark were an awesome team that helped me with all my customer service related issues. I felt like they went the extra mile. I rented from this location for about four months, and all my belongings were still in the condition I left them. I didn’t see any sign of pest insects ect… so grateful for that. In all I had a really good experience and I recommend this location to everyone and their family.

This is one of the worst Public Storage… They had a break in on Saturday and didn’t tell anyone. On Wednesday I discovered my locker was broken in .. Inside job they didn’t do a police report and told me when the ppl come to check on their storage themselves than they can call the police to make a report I’m like 😳 omg The office manager is rude and unprofessional and her story is not adding up now she saying she was on vacation… I’m having my lawyer to do an investigation on her because something is not adding up

I had a storage here for over a year why my items were here with 100° heat outside in the Houston Heat there was no AC on the day we moved out I was drenched with sweat all over

Omg. Ms. Natasha was the absolute best!!! She helped me and was so kind and sweet. I’ve been having such a hard time and I feel like my luck is finally turning around. She was wonderful and helpful and I’m so grateful!!!

Mark was very helpful and took me on a tour to see a couple of the storages! He has great customer service and is very patient.

I have been working with the staff there and they are outstanding and go above and beyond to assist everyone with whatever questions or needs they may have. I recently had a situation in which needed additional attention and these ladies stepped up to the plate and assisted me get everything taken care of - hands down and kuddos to both Natasha Cook and Mark for their excellent customer service!!! The facility not only has excellent customer service/staff members, prices are excellent, location and facility is managed exceptionally well. I recommend this location hands down to anyone that is needing storage!!! These ladies and their upper management are the team you will want to work with you and for you!!!! There aren't enough stars that would cover the outstanding service you will receive when doing business with location!!!! Thank you Natasha and Mark!!!!

Well what can I say about this place. This is for yesterday June 6th 2022. So normally I'm not such a hot mess especially when I am going to do a review on a place. This is not one of those cases so upon arrival I already had a debacle on my hands in the sense that I was moving from one self-storage location to another. Luckily enough the lady down there was nice enough to coordinate with Kim up here at this location and get everything figured out to help me get my promotional entry rate as well as a decent air conditioned with an elevator storage unit to get to. Rather than dragging all of my stuff upstairs to an air conditioning unit with no elevator. Kim was sweet as could be as well as her employee was awesome she was very attentive to the issue knew who I was when I walked in the door she's quite memorable herself for real for real. Even when her employee having a little issue with the computer being a pain they kept cool calm and collected. She made sure that she guided him through what was going on he got it figured out then when a different person came in they were able to quickly switch spots and efficiently get everything done get me checked in. Kim even went as far as to help guide me to my storage locker. What a doll she is! Would have loved to have taken her home if she could of made the rest of my day so easy definitely would have been nice, But I guess I shouldn't try to steal the good employees from public storage. Overall the staff was amazing places really nice well maintained and my issues were resolved in well attended to. Definitely will recommend to anyone here come here you won't be disappointed.

I reserved a unit online and viewed the unit in person when I realized I needed a bigger unit. Mrs. Natasha was very helpful in allowing me to view larger vacant units so I could determine which unit would best meet my needs. She made the unit transfer seamless and explained every screen as the prompts appeared on the iPad.

Kim was fun and gave us a great experience on renting us a storage.

This place has taken a turn for the worst since I first got here 2 years ago. There is trash everywhere and the aisles are left dirty for days before being cleaned up. On top of this they want to raise the rates consistently. Since Ive gotten got my unit the price has more then doubled.

Well I'm glad someone people actually have a good experience with this place. We have had to rent a unit for almost a year here because of the pandemic and it has not been easy. We get ugly looks we have even been told not to leave my babies pampers in the restroom trash because they smell. They keep the restrooms lock mostly everyday they have restrooms upstairs but they are always locked too. We go mostly everyday because all our belongings are there since we don't have a stable place to live at the moment. The floors are always dirty and don't get swept daily. The restrooms don't have soap or even toilet paper sometimes. And don't get me started on the carts that are supposed to be provided for the convince of moving your things. They are either chained up or in the office I've even seen someone else has to bring in a Walmart cart so they can move stuff around. They don't tell the people with huge moving trucks that they shouldn't block the parking spots or loading area or the door or even the elevator. Such a disorganized place. I regret using the place but it was a last minute thing and we had no choice. Management should really look into these issues because I'm sure I'm not the only one noticing this .

Terrible facility. Multiple times the elevators are down. Was here to get the last of my stuff and a mild storm came through and left us in the top floor with half our things out. When we finally got our things out the gate won’t open even though there is power. And since this facility is to cheap to pay to have someone on site on the weekends myself and 20 others are stuck without a way to leave. Do not use this facility unless you are desperate.

If you get a storage outside don't plan to come after the sun goes in because it will be pitch black. The least they could do is have some lights outside the building for outdoor customers. Don't recommend, every other storage i pass has outdoor lighting.

All my things were ruined i suggest you get fungus bar or whatever they have to sale to reduce fungus not sure if it was from recent hurricane. Employee were nice prices are not what is advertise online. If you have clothes try to avoid not keeping them in there also furniture wrap all things that could possibly become contaminated. Make sure you keep your insurance it's worth it.

My daughter & her wife reserved one for the lower level. Guess what? They rented it out. Then when that happened, they were told that they could get a next size up for the same price. Well that didn't happen either. They ended up on the 2nd level. With the same size they reserved. Talk about miscommunication within the employees working there.

My unit was nice and the ladies in the front office were pleasant to work with and they had very good customer skills. But for the company it itself the fact that even if you are moving out mid month you still have to pay for the full month, also the payment is due on the 1st if you do not pay the wuole amout as of the first you can and will be locked out. You can pay smaller amounts for the month its due but because it is past due you will still be locked out of your unit and your gate access will be restricted. I have had a storage unit in the past and when you let them know the way your going to pay and when they will still allow you access especially if they see you are making your payments not this company. Thats pretty much the only down side other then that my experience went pretty well.

Went this morning to get a unit. I was very please with the level professionalism and efficiency. I was in and out without any delay. I thank Amber and Natasha for all their help and grateful that they are very knowledgeable and proficient.

I’m rating as a 1 star all because of a terrible experience and inconsideration of my situation. Initially I was greeted and received a good deal of cut service until my move in day the next day. I was ready to move in at 9 am but found that there was a lock on the storage after advising Sharon I’d be moving in the following day. I had to let my movers go as it was costing me and sit my things in the lobby waiting and waiting on Sharon . However I’ve called the regional managers, emailed them as well and no response this has been ongoing since September. Now no one seems to care about the quality of customer service at the management level. I have spoke to Natasha who was unaware and let me know she will look into this. However my next step is corporate as brushing this under the table is not ethical.

My wife and I have been to two different public storage locations and we both must say that this one has the best customer service, and is extremely clean. The manager Amber was very polite with us during the whole renting process, and did the best job of explaining everything a first time storage renter should know. My experience here was great with Natasha. I was surprised she remembered my name She was very helpful explained everything in detail to me not once but twice. She’s a great multi taster as well.
