Why this storage gate hours are closing to early when it was at 9pm, i work and i can even drop some stuff late because the gate its closed. I will have to cancel my rent and move to another one where its definitely closing late

Not recommended as rent increases just after 3 months while other places only increase rent after a year. Avoid this place as this hassle will take your time to find another location
I'm here to express my dissatisfaction with the customer service provided by Public Storage.
I have been renting a storage space at Public Storage facility at Bellaire Blvd, Houston, TX for now two (2) years and some months and I have been experiencing continued rent increases and the storage has now become exorbitant and unaffordable to maintain. The rent has more than doubled within the short period.
At the initial stage of looking for a storage space, I approached the facility and of course they gave me very attractive rates and great customer service, which to me now seems was a "bait" and strategy to lure me in. After that I have just experienced horrible customer service.
I have complained about the continued and high rental rates and doesn't seem to be looked into. It is also hard to get customer service on the phone to address my issues.
With no other option left I am now been forced to shop around and compare storage rental rates to see if I will find another facility that will offer more competitive rates and better customer service than is provided by Public Storage.
I would not recommend and vouch for Public Storage as a preferred storage facility with the kind of rates and service that is currently being offered to it's customers.

Horrible DO NOT RENT !!!! I will never use public storage. Was locked out my storage for 2 months and all I was told was to pay them to get access and never received it. No one is every at building office 12335 Bellaire Blvd

United States. The manager claims they do split shifts but they do not. No one was in the office since I received my storage. I paid for 2 months worth of storage and only had access to my storage for less than a month. Due to poor communication in this company as well as horrible customer service. As well as bad equipment issues out to customers with no type of refund, credit back or a discount. THIS COMPANY IS ALL ABOUT MONEY !!!

Wonderful customer service! Had a minor issue with my unit lock and Deahvion was able to quickly resolve the issue. I will continue renting with this Public Storage location because of employees like Deahvion. She truly cares for the customers and goes above and beyond.
Deahvion gave me above and beyond customer service, she helped me upgrade to a larger storage with a smile. I’m also embarrassed to say that when my U-Haul battery died and the facility was about to close, she helped me jump the battery in the rain. As a man, I was embarrassed lol but happy I was in good hands. Forever grateful and thankful I chose this location!

For starters the hours of access are terrible. If you work a normal job it’s almost impossible to make it there, despite having the access code, the app does not open the gate. But the worst problem and reason for the 1 is that when I went to use my unit for the first time, I was told the lock would be in the unit. Well there was no lock. I walked to the desk and there was no attendant. I called the number and the phone tree options do not work. Finally after several disconnects I found just waiting on hold through the menu for 20 minutes finally gave me a person to assist me. They informed me to just “grab a lock out of another empty unit”. Which is likely why mine was missing in the first place. Then there is a huge trailer blocking access to 3 different units and making it tough to use 3 others. This is near the worst storage facility you can imagine. Will not be renewing.

I lived in alief for the last 2 years and I work in Corpus Christi and I thought that the whole purpose of having a gate code to store , your stuff! Not having to wait another day And I rented a truck for 1 day and it’s due by 10 pm tonight.

One African American dark color skin lady in this Bellaire location is very rude mean while this people are just increasing the rate every month from $144 to 177$ then when people go to other storage they come up with the first month rent free or half this is really not good I am moving my stuff from there soon my other storage with istorage has never increased my rent just that they don't have the size available then that is why I use this public storage but they are really becoming expensive am I will be done using them
