Never can get ahold of anyone, property manager or whoever always forwards calls, nobody never on property. What makes it worse is you obviously can see the property managers car outside and still no one answers the door, or phone. Extremely unprofessional.

2/24/2026 4:00pm A lady and her large pit bull dog was camped out in the parking lot by the back sidedoor with baggage. While I entered the building the lady also entered I went up to the 3rd floor. When I came backdown I went into the men's rest room where Ai found the door open I proceed to go in but I saw baggage and bags of cloths, the same lady with the dog told me to stop because her stuff was in the men's restroom. She then goes in with the dog and locks the door. I then go to the office the door is locked lights off no sign saying officeis open or closed or out and back in 5 or 10 minutes no communication to customers as to the office operations. This is unacceptable customer service. I then leave a message. A employee calls me to argue that she was on property. I explained with no communication your customers are not aware you are on property. NO SIGNAGE YOU ON PROPERTY NO WORK HOUR TIMES NO BE RIGHT BACK...POOR MANAGEMENT AND SAFTY WITH A BARKING DOG TIED UP BY THE BUILDING UNATTENDED!!! AND POSTING UP IN THE REST ROOM

I am absolutely thrilled that I got excellent assistance with the changes I wanted to make days after starting my rental with this Public Storage location. I try not to be difficult, but I underestimated the size storage that I needed and transferred into a larger unit. Size was perfect, but the location of the transfer unit was in a location where I can see down the actual hallway.
I left a voicemail after realizing that I was unhappy and Najalie called me first thing in the morning. I was already en route to the site as she called me so she then greeted me at the door upon my arrival. I explained to her that there was nothing wrong with anything that was set up for me. I just was not too ecstatic about the location of my new unit. Najalie went above and beyond and looked up other open units with the same dimensions and took me around to each and every one of them so that I can get a feel for its physical location. After I selected The unit I was happy with she opened up the storage unit so we could doublecheck that it was cleared and reset for move-in.
I definitely feel more confident in renting a storage unit at this location because of the customer service that Najalie has provided. Thank you so much for being understanding and listening to my needs upon making the necessary changes to my rental unit/account. Also, thanks for the morning chat. You definitely started my day off, right!
No one ever answers the phone and the doors are always locked during business hours. Why lie about being open, ive tried for 3 days striaght to get help about my unit no answer no help.

I purchased a storage unit at this auction, and when I arrived to pick it up, I found it open and completely empty. Everything inside had been stolen.
I do not recommend doing business at this location. The lack of control and security is alarming, and the situation gives the impression of serious negligence, if not possible internal complicity.
When participating in an auction, one reasonably expects that the purchased contents will be safeguarded until pickup. In this case, that did not happen. This was a total loss and an extremely negative experience.

I believe most people don't take the time to say something positive but they go on if it's negative. That being said I want to take a minute to say thank you Latoya. I've been a customer for around 3 months. I came there with a chip on my shoulder because of a bad experience at a different facility. I came in and was greeted with a big smile and a how you doing that sounded genuine and anytime that our paths cross I'm met with the same greeting. If I was having a bad day she would take a minute to listen . I'm sure this is not in her job description I've seen this kindness with others too. What I don't see us her getting a lot of help. . It's amazing to me that this facility is this clean as it is organized as it is and run as well as it is with mainly just one person and they still have the time to go above and beyond for customer service. The world needs more people with this work ethic. When good time comes for me to move again and I put my stuff in another storage I almost feel bad for that company because now they got a lot to live up to
Review for Public Storage (formerly Cube Smart):
I was a tenant at this location for over 4 years, and at one point I had 4 units. Over time, my experience went from decent to very frustrating, and I would not recommend this facility—especially if you’re a business owner.
Access Issues:
• Limited hours make it very difficult to run a business effectively.
• Elevators were constantly out of service, which is part of the reason I had to move to the first floor.
• Restrooms are only available during normal office hours, and you’re required to show an ID to use them. If the office is closed, you’re out of luck. Why not use a coded access system for paying tenants?
Customer Experience:
• Loyalty means nothing here—you’re treated like just another number and dollar sign.
• My rent kept increasing at least 2–3 times per year without any improvements in service. For example, my 10x10 unit started at $105, then went to $125, $145, $160, and finally $180. That’s absurd for the same exact space with no added value.
Final Thoughts:
I gave them a generous 2-star rating. After years of dealing with elevator problems, unreasonable rent hikes, and poor access policies, I’m glad to say I’ve moved out completely and won’t look back.

Prices change often. I originally signed up because they claimed you had 24 hour access to your things, but now they have access hours, and I can’t get my things past 9 PM. I don’t know what I’m paying for at this point other than for my possessions to be held hostage.

Clean and well maintained, access via the app works well. Often, cannot find a hand cart- inconvenient.
The price increase after a few months was unexpected and questionable. Low staff and elevators that don't work more often than they do.
The elevators smell like urine.

This Public Storage made it impossible to start on a good foot And wasn’t able to access our unit after the property management went to lunch and they never returned so we were unable to access and so now we will cancel with this company. We even called and left a message and talked with several people that could not help us.

Rev. This place is terrible DO NOT USE THEM THEY ARE LIARS AND UNITS ARE BROKEN INTO ON A REGULAR because bums & vagrants live in the units and urinate in the elevators it’s not safe!! The managers pull all types of stunts to break the rules & laws. I honestly think that they are stealing from the corporation as it’s a different manager each week please you have been warned!!!! You know, I genuinely wanted to give this place a -one however, there is one young lady that works there that is very polite and nice and I don’t think it’s fair for her to be dinged for the others. I recently went to this location and upon walking in a young lady sitting at the counter, looked up at me in my face, put her head down and proceeded to work. She did not even say welcome hello anything later learn she’s a regional manager so if this level of development & training standards. It does not surprise me that you have a hazardously broken mirror in one of the lobby’s & had done nothing about it. Furthermore, what person designs a door and puts the access ramp more than 10 feet down the walkway along side of a building this was such a poor design. In addition the homeless folks that hang around the elevator is very uncomfortable.
From the moment I walked in, Shelita greeted my mother and I with a warm smile and made us feel welcome. She also took the time to understand my mother storage needs and provided her with excellent options that fit her requirements perfectly. She was knowledgeable, patient, and answered all our questions thoroughly, which helped us make a decision, Thank you again!!!!! for your exceptional service! This location is closed and has not reopened. Following Hurricane Beryl there has been no communication on how to access our units, only a sign on one door that I never use to access that says “Out of Order”. I store my large equipment for my job here, which I need to access regularly. I have had to decline jobs because of this. There is no way they should expect to receive a full month’s storage fee for this.
I want to thank 2, employees of PS for helping me to learn the condition of the rented space after the hurricane. 1) Erica called me back (from a different location) after no one from corporate would return my call. 2) Kayla was camped out at the location (without electricity) and must have been hot and tired at the end of a long day. They each did a good job. Corporate should have emailed us after a few days without power - just simply let us know what is going on! A Business needs people like these two employees. Not more A I Robots.

I rate 1 just because I can't use zero, I've been renting a storage in here for a year, and I thought I was good in there.
Well, I guess not, Sice the hurricane Berryl hit Houston nobody is at the office, I've been trying to get my back up generator, blowers or A/C from my storage and I can't, next door storages is been working good with no problem.
I called customer service, and they just give excuses, blame everyone but them.
It's been a week now and they don't give solutions, when you need them they just give excuses but solutions.
I rented a storage on 07/09/2024 and can’t even get in to unload my stuff and nobody is at the location for me to get in. Had to extend the uhaul for today and went back over. They say open online but nobody still isn’t there nor answering the number that’s displayed for customer service ugggh. Why take my money and no way in
Please do not rent here if you want a clean common area, no spiders or pests and most importantly if you would like someone to answer the phone and a customer service department that actually attends to important matters. In addition, they just took a massive price hike up 23% percent regardless of your contract price as it is month to month.

The worse customer service I have ever witnessed in my life. Horrible. The front desk person supposedly manager , his mane is Joshua. He is rude , unprofessional and not willing to assist at all. Not sure why he is working there !

Terrible experience at your facility two days in a row ! Sunday 9/3 & Monday 9/4 Very rude and not helpful at all had to call customer service both days to receive any kind of service of supposedly site manager? He just flat out refused to be of any assistance to us.

Storage unit on Sam Houston Parkway in Houston, TX, is very clean, well kept, and secured. I like how it is not accessible to everyone. You have to have a code to enter the building. Rashon was very professional and exhibited excellent customer service skills. He ensured I was satisfied with my unit and also went the extra mile to include my military discount. Highly recommend this storage facility.

Staff was helpful to get onboarded. In general, the insides of the building are kept clean except every time I was on site, homeless people came in and out of the elevators with passcodes.
Very clean system of storage units. I appreciate the music system playing. It made the space feel calm. My concerns: there is not a visual map of where the units are located. There is not a directional map to show where elevators are located. I entered the wrong elevator bay and ended up away from where I entered. Also, are no lights inside the units. Only in the hallways with motion sensor lights which illuminate as you walk closely to the fluorescent lights along and through the unit aisle. Go there in the early day for good lighting.take a flashlight for clear lighting in your unit. The young man managing the service desk provided Good customer service , pleasant and professional service. .

Poor customer service
I love this location. Its super easy to get set up with your storage and all of the staff are very friendly and kind!! You do have to leave your ID in order to use a cart which can be a bit of a hassle BUT its because people take them so I cant ,and dont, fault them for trying to actually keep down the lost of carts instead of them not having any available at all. Overall I love them!!!!
I rented a 5 x 10 unit. Paid for the first month and bought the lock and supplies. Was told that if I prepay for 13 months, 13 month is free. Second transaction was paid. My paperwork indicated I pay for 12 months but the contract was terminated at 11. I stated that the paperwork is not right. Was told that it was all okay and they noted it in the system. When I asked for correct paperwork for the 13 months, I was told I was being unreasonable. They don’t provide the paperwork like that. Would you trust that all this would workout a year from now? I didn’t. Canceled the whole thing and went down the street. How can you be asked to sign a contract and not be handed paperwork and even a correct receipt? A lot of improvement is needed. Difficult to get the refund processed too. Still waiting for the refund to come through. Needless to say, no receipt on the charge back on credit card too. I called the credit card company and suspended the card. 2 hours of wasted time in my life!
Was explained of free move-in for first month, whenever I get there with my things they explain that I need to purchase their unlock and insurance and starting fee...... The lock they charge $20 for you can buy a 5-pack on Amazon for $20...... Blatant bait and switch, they then inform me that there is no security after they close. Decent spot I would be very happy if they were to explain all this up front.
Was looking for a storage unit as I’m new to the area and just moved. Needed to store some typical house hold items. Came across this huge facility and stopped in after coming from U-Haul storage and getting a quote from them. Cubesmart was way better with rates, and the property is much bigger and cleaner. Jasmine & Kaylin assisted me, with getting into a new unit. and they were awesome, very professional and compassionate!

Great customer service
We are very happy with our storage unit in cubesmart. Especially how they dealt with a terrible smell coming out of the bathrooms and elevator shaft; they did a good job of discovering the cause and fixing it.
Kaylin and Rashaun were very professional and helpful in assisting me getting storage. They took the time to explain everything I needed to know before I decided to choose CubeSmart. They also offered information that I didn’t know I needed(accepting packages)! If you ever decide to do the same at this location, check them out. The building is clean and neat, tidy and easy to navigate.
Facility is immaculate. Unfortunately, the management/staff seem to be lacking.

Let’s start by location, this place it’s so conveniently located, right after the exit ramp and before the entrance ramp to the beltway.
The facilities are extra clean, no odors, no dust! Even the restrooms are spotless! You can get in as early as 6am, all the way to 10pm ! (The other place changes their hours without notice, sometimes from 9am to 6pm)
Prices are very competitive, there’s no crazy fees! (The others charge you $75 for any reason)
There costumer service !!! Now that’s where I’d rate this with a 6 star if it was posible, Jasmine has helped me twice and even allowed me to use my old lock (unlike the other place where they made me buy a new one) the whole staff is always courteous and willing to help. If you are not convinced yet, come give them a visit and see for yourself, can’t go wrong with this place.
