I loved that it absolutely super clean and very easy to get around with entrance and exit doors all the way around the facility. Very convenient to make our unloading easier than we expected. The unit we were assigned was very clean I thought it was bigger than I thought but we made do and just made adjustments to what we need to store and coul live without.

Price for storage here is great. They only have two carts because people like to steal them. Their gates Bluetooth access also doesn't work so you have to get out the car everytime to pin the number. And when you leave that's frustrating because you have to walk outside of the gate to the entry keypad and pin your code and then run back to your vechile before the gate closes. I hope they get that fixed. To their credit the ladies who work here are amazing. Kathlena was wonderful about reaching out to me for clarification on how to improve my tenure here. So I will be editing my review. Hopefully they get that gate fixed🤣
I came into the Public Storage facility on Burney Rd to open our storage unit and was met with the kindest woman, Crystal! She took the time to show me my unit and how to use the lock. She was very thorough and helpful. Full disclosure: I read the reviews before choosing a Public Storage location. There were so many great reviews about “Crystal” that I chose this location over a few others. She exceeded my expectations. If this company is smart, they would promote her, pay her handsomely, and have her train other employees. I’m so grateful I chose this location.
Really good facility! I have used public Storage before and they rarely disappoint.. This location is kinda iffy with the air.. A few times I have come in and it felt really warm inside (cooler outside) and I though that was strange but it has improved since I mentioned it in a survey

This Public Storage is great as far as cleanliness etc. However, I don't care for Krystal calling me and harassing me as to why I don't have autopay on. I pay it on time, my own way and that is all that matters. So what if I paid my rent 10 days early. That should be applauded and not get a call telling me that I have to have autopay on. On the first of a month, the funds might not be there and then what, extra fees??? NO THANKS. I've got all of this under control.

Good, clean, not too expensive, and secure. My only gripe, is they never have dollies avaliable. I had to run to Harbor Frieght and buy a dolly for like $10 and keep it in my car.

She educated me on everything from hours, gate access, unit access and location and made the move in process super easy and fast. She also pointed out that by reserving the unit online first it would save me money on the move in cost as well as per month cost. Place is spotlessly clean and feel much more at ease having my possessions stored here opposed to an outdoor type unit. Elevators make being on the third floor no problem at all. Ashley has always been friendly, helpful. Times that I've called all the time she is always in a good mood, maybe it's just me. She has always been very helpful. I've always stored with public storage but nothing like this experience!

I have now had my Public Storage space leased for a few months. Extremely clean, very easy to access and very affordable (catch the various online specials that change daily). One of the continuously degrading qualities of any business these days is Customer Service. But not here at this Public Storage. If you are on the hunt to lease some storage space, ask for Ashley at this location. With her impeccable customer service, she'll make initial setup a breeze, answer any questions you might have and always returns calls if you leave a message. Nothing but A++ at this Public Storage!

I’ve always used Public Storage facilities for my storage needs. I recently rented a unit at this facility & ASHLEY made my experience that much better with providing me with information about the facility, my storage unit & she always made sure I felt satisfied as a customer. She’s been very helpful & exemplified a positive attitude whenever I encountered her. I feel secure storing here because I notice how she’s always inspecting the facility to make sure everything secure & in proper order. She definitely demonstrates what Good Customer Service is all about! I definitely recommend this location largely because of her! :)
I moved in to Public Storage approximately 4 months ago and thought I had written a review, but didn’t, so I will post one now. I called this branch and was greeted and helped very professional and with all the customer service that keeps the customers coming back ! I went in after work and signed the papers to lease the unit and the customer service was there even more than on the phone. I buy and sell so visit the storage pretty often and never have an issue, the manager always says hi to me by name, which I am sure she has many to remember so that makes me feel like she truly cares and I bet she knows her regular customers by name as well. She is always busy doing something and is there after the office closes checking out the property and straightening up, she truly loves her job. I fully recommend Public Storage for their clean and cool storage building and units, and for choosing great people to represent them. 5* from this customer who will always need and use storage units. Thank you Public Storage, job well done, all expectations exceeded! Just one point to add, the storage building has issues with customers locking the carts in their storage unit, which causes an issue for moving in and out. Ashley did go buy a couple more and has them in the office to be used by leaving your ID for a deposit, but I don’t blame Public Storage, I blame the renters who feel the need to do this. I have learned to improvise when I get there after hours to load and unload, this would be the complaint that I assume this building gets, but still I highly recommend with 5*.

I came in without an appointment and they got my unit set up.
They do the best they can with the storage facility they were given. Please give them a chance while they are remodeling and upgrading an already new facility. Just stick with them you'll be glad you did
