Came in to downsize my unit and Chrissy was there with a huge smile even have my son something to occupy himself while we switched over units. She realized right away his uneasyness and helped make him feel comfortable. While we were there the exit gate was broke and there was so many people there and Chrissy held it together and took care of everyone and kept apologizing for the inconvenience. Have been storing my RV here and there was recent issue with the gates not working correctly. Chrissy was quick to address the issue and even reached out when the problem was resolved. She went above and beyond what corporate allows them to do. Public Storage needs to create a communication process allowing the on-site management to send mass notifications to clients regarding issues and resolutions. Every time I have interacted with the on site staff they have been incredibly friendly and helpful. Will continue to rent space here.

The App - sucks. It never works (for me) on the entrance to the building, necessitating getting out of the truck and keying in the lengthy code.
Within the building, the app often states "You appear to be off line" necessitating keying in the lengthy code.
Someone should be fired over the performance of the app, and the lack of connectivity within the building.

I have had my unit at the Public Storage in Ft. Worth at the 13210 FM-718 location for a few years now and I have never had an issue, nor needed help, until this past weekend. After accidentally leaving a container of very sentimental belongings outside my unit, I returned to the storage facility office with a heavy heart. That’s where I met Wendy Terry. With a calming attitude, this wonderful lady patiently listened to me, explained what she could and couldn’t do to help me and then proceeded to take charge of the situation. She was completely professional and compassionate and through her determination, managed to get my items returned to me. She’s definitely the kind of employee any business would be lucky to have. She definitely put the “ Merry” back in my family’s Merry Christmas!

I found myself in need of storage space and it is great that Public Storage has locations everywhere and there was one right down the street from where I live . I rented one of the smaller units to begin with and when I started moving things in and measuring everything else I anted to put in there, it was actually going to be too small so I had to go the next size up. Sesily was very helpful in getting a transferred to the next larger unit . It was quick, painless, and the prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend the location in Haslet off of 718.

Now!! Sesily was non-existence was otherwise not helpful. We have gone to office 3 days in a row. 1st time we went at 5pm no one was in the office, 2 day we went to the office 3 times in one day. First time at 11:30 I called left message Sesily did return my call to say she would be in the off site but would be there the rest of the day till 6pm. Second time at 4:30 Sesily was no where to be found we waited awhile checked back at 5:30 still no Sesily. I had returned home she called me to let me know she was off site do to wifi issues. This has been by far the most terrible customer service I have ever experienced.

Erin and Sesily are so amazingly helpful and very friendly. If they don't have an answer to your question they call so one right away and get you the answer. Totally recommend this storage facility. I have two storages with them.
I do not usually write reviews; however, interacting with the workers needed recognition. While walking into Public Storage, I was immediately greeted by Sesily and Erin. Their exceptional customer service should be acknowledged and awarded for their dedication in persuading customers to choose Public Storage as a reliable storage unit. They did inform about the monthly rate for a unit and demonstrated how the company compares to its competitors. Sesily and Erin assured that Public Space maintains its goals by keeping the units cleaned, maintained, and monitored to ensure their customers are satisfied. This information secured a loyal customer and reassured me that Sesily and Erin would secure my belongings.

Chassie, the manager, has been so helpful in our transition out of our home and into storage. We've had to have a few units then diwnsize as we've moved. Chasdie has always been quick to reslond to any questions even through evening texts. She goes above and beyound!

I can not say enough good things about Chassie want to talk about going over and beyond! I came in to view the unit and was just talking’s how I was struggling to find mover gave me a few name and that saved me lots of cash. She also got me a unit that was close to an elevator! But to say I had called her in a panic because my other storage would not work with me for 2 day so my movers could clean it out they wanted the whole month, Mrs. Chassie to the rescue moved my move in date up and had every thing sent to me via text because I am a nurse and was at work and could not take the call. You can tell she loves her job and takes pride in it. I would love to get a hold of corporate to let them know how this experience has been.
I now have 2 units and Chassie has helped make this experience so much easier. She is friendly kind and considerate. So GRATEFUL!!!! YOU ARE AMAZING. really am very happy with this location ☀️☀️☀️

We were told we had until April 30 to move out of our unit as it’s part of a reno project. I contacted the facility and spoke with the manager on site, Chassie. I explained that we’re in the process of building and we might need a few extra days. She was very empathetic and alleviated my fears. She went above and beyond for us. My fiance and I came in this morning to get a storage unit as we are just moving in together and needed to make room for eachothers belongings until we buy a house. Chassie the manager was very polite and informative, she gave us a tour to ensure we choose the and perfect size unit for our needs, explained how security cameras helped protect our belongings, the plus sides to a tempature controlled building, along with access controlled gates, that she assisted us with installing the app on our phones to utilize. She made setting up an account a breeze, and overall made for a pleasant and seamless experience! I've had many storage units growing up military and have never had such an easy time before, I'm beyond impressed, thank you Chassie!
