Property management Rebecca at double eagle was very helpful by helping. she went above and beyond to help me open my storage unit that was Jaime for me to be able to get my stuffs. I’m very grateful for her.❤️🙏

I just moved to the area and had been comparing the local facilities. Public storage is the cleanest option by far and I feel very confident my items will be secure. The climate control is very nice along with how well lit the building is.

Can never get a hold of anyone. They don’t answer the phone and there’s never anyone in the building. We have actually waited outside and no one ever comes. Went on different days, at different times and still can’t get a hold of anyone. I have also left voicemails and never get a callback.

Awesome customer service. Extremely clean. The staff goes above and beyond to assist you.

This storage facility is really nice and secure. I also find the property manager Misty to be very helpful. She almost always answers the phone immediately if I ever need anything. She really seems to work hard and care a lot about customers. It makes me feel that much better to keep my things in storage there, because I can trust Misty.

My experience here has been great. From the very first day I called the property manager Misty to ask about the facility over a year ago, she was so kind, professional, and very patient. She helped me a lot and was So much nicer than other properties I called. On move in day she was very available to me and helped me with anything I needed! She really went above and beyond. I also saw her walking the property and very carefully paying attention to all the facilities to make sure everything was safe. I just thought she was amazing. Over this year, any time there were any questions or issues at all, she was always very available to me by phone and so sweet. It has been over a year and even when there have been price increases, she really cared and went above and beyond to help. It is such a relief to know she is the manager and that my belongings are in great hands! Totally recommend this location. Plus it is a super nice and secure facility!

Raised the price 6 months after choosing them. Apparently, the contract states the earliest they can increase the rent is 6 months, so they were just waiting to raise it as soon as possible. Only gave a second star because the guy I talked to in December was very understanding & apologetic and gave me another 3 months at my initial price. Spoke to Misty after those 3 months, and she was pretty rude about it and insisted there was nothing they would do to help. Moving out soon because of this.

The facility is fantastic. Controlled environment and super clean. I am very satisfied with the security onsite. Misty was great at helping me with renting a storage unit. She found me the storage unit to fit my needs and walked me through the process. I highly recommend getting a storage unit at this location. It is an easy location to get to and right off 114 close to the Texas Motor Speedway. I appreciate your help Misty. Big Thanks!

They raise the rent price every few months and disable your gate entry access if you're a couple days late on a payment, effectively locking you out long before their contract states. They also require you to purchase their insurance plan and a new lock, even if you're just switching units. Finally, all the elevators and access/exit doors are operated via bluetooth and a phone app, but there's no cell service inside the building, so you have to manually enter an 8 digit code to use them. At least the temperature inside doesn't seem to exceed about 80 degrees in the summer.

Raised my unit cost by $35 a month and no one is ever at the office when I go up there. Can’t even get help with a lost key since no one answers the phone

Pros: you can drive inside bldg. Semi-airconditioned. Cons: no carts in bldg B. Dirty elevators. Semi-airconditioned. Closes at 9 pm. App to open doors only works to get in bldg. All other access doors and elevators have to have the access code typed in every time.

Misty is amazing. She helped my wife get through everything and made sure all questions were answered!! Clean facility and nicely taken care of!!

Such a bad first experience. Got there with our stuff all ready access code would not work, app would not work. No one would answer. Waiting on a resolution but HORRIBLE first impression.

Clean, well run facility.

Everything was good into i went and couldn’t get to the 3 floor to my storage because the elevator wasn’t working!! Also there isn’t any way to contact anybody after office hours so i was basically stuck in the storage till someone else came and no it wasn’t after hours ! I paid the movers to come get my stuff out the storage and still had to pay them even though the elevator wasn’t working

The customer service at this public storage are amazing. Misty, in particular, is always friendly and extremely knowledgeable when it comes to helping me with my needs. She makes sure that everything I need is taken care of quickly and correctly, no matter how simple or complex my needs may be. She's very patient and accommodating when it comes to figuring out what works best for me, which is so helpful considering the competitive market for storage units in my area. Each time I have interacted with her and the other staff at this establishment has been pleasant and stress-free – making me feel like a valued customer. Everything is always spot free and feels like a new building every time I walk in.

The best place I've stored anything, seriously. I know that some may think "it's just a storage place...", but I've moved A LOT in my life for various schooling, work and other business functions, as well as seen my family have storage in a number of places. Location off 114 and Double Eagle make it insanely easy to get to and out of without traffic troubles, even with moving trucks or trailers. Huge bay doors so you never have to get wet if it's raining Prices are reasonable, the office people are friendly and the manager Sandy is awesome. Carts available to sign out when the office is open to make moving things easier. Haven't had an issue with the gates working, clean facility and haven't seen a single rodent or spider (HUGE PLUS for knowing nothing is there to maybe bite you after stuff has been stored for a long time) I frequent the facility often due to moving things in and out or just for storing equipment that doesn't fit at my home. If you're going to rent storage and deciding between various locations nearby, this is the one!

Customer service team is excellent. Team communicates in a courteous and professional manner. Building is uncluttered, tidy and well light. Carts are available during business hours. Storage units are clean. All points show that customers are their #1 priority.
