started off good but , i've moved out of town so i can't come to the site , but they never answer their phone , like ever .. i've tried different days different times and they won't pick up the phone , really inconvenient for me ..

This is NOT the locations that I have my storage at and my location no longer has anyone inside to assist you. The lady that assisted me at this location was very helpful and reassured me that my account was properly credited and I went ahead and made another payment. I am very disappointed that my location has gone self service , went up on the price and there is never a cart when you need 1! I have back issues and had I know the carts wouldn’t be available I wouldn’t have chose to rent with PS. I Only went with them for convenience reasons and I’ve been disappointed every since!

Mrs.Connie was extremely helpful and understanding and was able to walk me threw the process after a public storage on 9110 Markville Dr Dallas Tx 75243 gave me a reserved storage , she was a great 🫶🏾

Zero stars. Great place to store your stuff if you want no assurance that it is safe. This facility is run down and crime ridden. Apparently, the gate is broken, and they take no responsibility for items that are stolen even though they continue to take our money. We had a $10,000 side by side stolen from this site. No camera footage available or help tracking down the thief.

We had a company trailer stolen from a parking spot. We could not access the camera and there was zero count ability from this facility.

The lady at the desk was helpful and explained each step. She also explained my bill and insurance. Very detailed.

No carts to haul merchandise

My experience a few months ago with Public Storage and the manager at this location was the opposite of what I expect the customer should be treated. From the moment I booked it online, I had to go in person a couple times more just to finish the booking. I bought a lock at the kiosk, that never got, customer service system didn't work. The manager was opening my unit when she could, she even locked me inside, when she knew, but the unit next door to my unit was broken into, she never locked or did something to secure that unit that I previously reported. With no explanation on a letter, she evicted me, charging me $500 because I couldn't take 2 pieces of furniture, before 24 hrs or the end of the next business day. Even though I picked them up a few hours later, she charged it try to charge me. I had to dispute, sending an email to supervisors, charge that was dropped immediately. The idea to dominate, get attention or control others is a result of lack of confidence. Give a hand, communicate, listen our brother or sister, with the intention nobody else have the same experience. J.G

My storage unit is at another, unstaffed Public Storage location, so I used this one to set everything up. Very impressed with service. Staff member was prompt, thorough, and friendly. Just a good experience, all around.

The service is great but the price of a small storage unit is a bit expensive compared to prices of a larger unit

Walking too much elevator no carts at front to take your storage up second floor

Julia and Connie are two wonderful beings that explained ,everything very well ,and understandable to me ,I didn't give you all five stars ,because ,I don't agree to you all,policy of starting on the first of the month, like I paid 133,00 on 6/21/22/ but I told Connie I was paying now ,but iam not moving in until the 1st of July, but she didn't hear me say ,that ,so she put on the first of the mo,I pay 43.63, So that made me pay 176,,63 and I have not moved in yet ,So ,very kind Julia says ,I can pay the 43.63 on the 20th of July and not be late ,and that seemed much except able, 🤗

Locked us out. Cost $190 cause movers waited at unit and Public Storage would unlock. Had already pre paid for the unit. Go with local shop, not this big firm.

I like the security here, but you need to put in your 8 digit pin to get in, get out, and even to get up to your unit. Just a bit excessive. The office lady was very polite and informative.

The storage place it self was easy to find but with all the construction around it makes it very hard to get into and out of. Facility was very clean, storage lockers easy to find have lots of security measures in place. Good elevator staff very friendly.

I had the opportunity of visiting this Public storage location today 3/17/2022 to reserve a unit. I had the most pleasant experience with Ms. Wendy! She was so personable and was literally about to drive to me because the lock was missing. She was pleasant and was exceptionally empathetic when I expressed a few concerns with her. These concerns were 1,000% out of her control. Ms. Wendy not only listened but she provided a resolution. She reassured me that everything was going to be okay. I have not received customer service like this in a long time. I appreciate you Ms. Wendy! If I ever have friends and family looking for storage in this area, I'll definitely refer them to you. Ms.Connie was the absolute best she made my moving process so easy! With the details of every month, she gave me tips on saving & which storage was the best for me i even forgot my tv wrapping paper on the elevator & she called minutes later telling me i left it (she knew it was me because i was the only one who purchased tv wrapping)😂 i thank her so much for that! There's only one lady in the office so if someone else comes and she's showing a unit you have to wait outside cause she locks the door storage unit are clean and inside the building she's very courtesy at all time & you have to purchase insurance you lock your storage you keep your keys.

I highly recommend this public storage the lady behind the counter Connie was nice, helpful and professional.

This is the cleanest storage place I have been To! the staff was great. Connie helped me and she was nice and explained the prices so I understand them.

Great location, coat effective, yet the only thing I don't like is the timer lights. When I'm reorganizing my space the lights cut off automatically when it's not detecting motion. However I can't make it detect me in motion when I'm inside of my personal unit🤷🏽

I needed to get a storage unit very quickly and called the 1-800 number and they reserved a unit for me. The representative was excellent. The next day I went into the store and Connie, the lovely property manager, assisted me. I decided I did not want the unit that was reserved and she helped me to decide which one was best for me and showed my unit to me. She was patient, friendly, kind and professional and right now I really needed all of that. Thank you Connie!!

We had a promotion and the Hispanic woman who was there today hit us with a lot of hidden fees and our $1 move in automatically turned into $20 and then it became $70 after she finished typing. Next problem!!! She refused to let us use the dolly with our move in and we got there at 5 p.m. and she was supposed to allow us to use them during business hours, but because she DENIED US SERVICE, I wasn't able to get done with what I needed to do for the rest of the day and I will be removing myself next month!!! ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!!!

I have had a storage unit at this facility for this last four years that was on Auto pay with my company credit card. As a pharma rep, I have bi-monthly sample deliveries. This location never offered any assistance as well t relates to signing a hold harmless agreement to accept shipments and give the delivery drivers access to my until for regular deliveries. Every time a delivery would come for me they would reject it. I spent more time tracking my deliveries tham doing my job of educating health providers about my nutritional products. All I could count on Public Storage for was regularly storage increases. I left Public Storage after a difficult four years and found a new, more accommodating storage home at Extra Space Storage on Forest Lane. The site manager, Craig is awesome! He's met all my expectations. I even got twice the storage space for much less. Do your homework and check around for the best storage facility to meet your needs.

The prices are great, the staff is mediocre and the location is terrible. Our van was broken into while parked in a storage space here. Someone attempted to steal it by breaking a window to get in, then trying to hotwire the van not realizing the battery was dead from being stored for nearly a year. The office called us to say they though we left our window down, when you could obviously see the car had been broken into and someone attempted to steal it. Seriously. . No concessions or apologies were made, and they have little to no security or surveillance of the property to protect vehicles stored there. Very unsafe neighborhood at night. This place might be ok if you're renting a storage unit, but don't park your car here unless you want it broken into or stolen. Not recommended.

Work alot in jobs public storage. This public storage as well as others was well kept working equipment and a good functioning facility

The staff was friendly. Misty was nice and showed me my unit and took extra care to make sure I had enough space for my furniture. I will recommend this storage company.

Excellent service

Ms Wendy was amazing. She opened up a little early and called me to visit the property. She took care of me . Enjoyed her and my visit.

Today, after being advised I would have to pay a locksmith almost $200 to remove the lock from the storage unit that I had just received keys for, I was at a loss for words. I called Wendy, the associate at Public Storage, to see if the company provided locks smith to help in these types of instances. I also explained to Wendy the problems my day had entailed which is what caused the loss of my keys. She advised me to hold on and went into the office returning with her Manager, Danya, who was carrying a large drill and gloves. To my surprise they removed my lock within 3 minutes. I couldn’t believe what I was witnessing. Not only did they not have to go above and beyond to assist me, they did it willingly. In my eyes, both Wendy and Danya are my Guardian Angels. It’s not often that you go to a company that cares…And I know they care about People at Public Storage.

Preganat roaches raiding the entire building

I have had multiple units at this location and everything from the staff to the service has been A rate. Would recommend to anyone needing storage services. Wendy especially was the greatest.

Excellent service! I really don't know where to start. I recommend anyone in need of a storage unit to go here. Wendy and the other lady, sorry I didn't get her name, but they are great! I had to move in a rush last week and I chose a storage unit online and I didn't think that everything would fit because of how my movers placed the large items. Well Wendy saved me lots of money because I was going to rent a second unit to store the rest of my things. Wendy asked me nicely if she could see the inside of my unit to see if she could help me rearrange it to make more room... Well she actually did make lots of room by rearrange my things and I didn't have to rent another unit. She also provided boxes for me.. If you are not sure of the size of unit you need, don't worry, they will help you. They will actually show you several units so you can decide which size you need before proceeding with the rental. They are not about taking your money but trying to help you save money and help make your move go as smoothly as possible. Both ladies went out of their way to provide me with some information to find another home for my daughter and I... I felt like family and this is not just a job for them, they actually care about their customers. I'm not sure why anyone would rate this business with anything less than 5 stars. The place is clean inside and out. I'm not sure how anyone could have had anything stolen from here... impossible! They take hourly walks throughout the property to assure that your things are safe and secure. Take my word for it, if you use them, you will not be disappointed.

Shassiety very well down to earth and just caring people they were happy to assist me and made sure my storage was secure and clean the wendy fixed the storage unit so it could be easily accessed and didn't treat me like a bomb considering i have no vehicle and a lot of bags i was greeted with a smile and warm helping hand even pulled the dolly over

The place is nice. & the staff is great Sheryl was extremely helpful she suggested tape, mistress covers. Over all it was a good experience for me being that this was the first time Iv used public storage.

I agree with Jose from above. The previous facility was nice looking, as storage facilities go. Corporate should have left the building as it was, this orange color is such an eyesore. We got it, your branding is orange, your logo will suffice. It just looks tacky. Other than that, I’m happy they still honored my rate from Advantage storage. Disappointed that they shut down the keypads at 9 pm. What’s the point of controlled access if you cannot go at the most convenient times for yourself.

Great facilities and even better staff. Very accommodating during my complex moving situation. Staff was very helpful, polite, and professional. Grounds are always clean as well are the storage unit, didn't have hardly any dust accumulation after a year of storage. Security is very effective while still be convenient, much better than my apartment complex ever was.

Way back on 7/4/17 (yes, it was the July 4th holiday!) Tiffany graciously bailed me out of a jam when I realized we needed ANOTHER large storage space for ALL our stuff that would NOT fit into our new downsized home! If Tiffany had not come through for us, I guessing the moving company would have placed a LOT of stuff on our curb. THANK YOU, Tiffany - you ROCK!!

Clean facility

I've had my things there for a few months. Be careful that you're aware when your payment is due. That's my best advis. They can cut your lock after the 21st of every mos. I have always made my payment before the next mos. due, but they cut my lock. Now I HAVE TO PAY $22.99 FOR A NEW LOCK.

Wendy and Carlos are always very helpful whenever I have any questions or concerns. They have always made me laugh and feel like part of the crew. I enjoy coming into the office because of their smiles and positive demeanor, it helps when you're in between places and have to keep things in storage. I had to say goodbye to Wendy and Brittany and it was really hard to do.. I've been there for 2.5 yes so there is a bond..I love those ladies and all the new staff members.. keep up the good work and I miss y'all!!!! Ms. Parks....
