I just want to say first how amazing this property staff is especially with the location..this week I had a few issues and today I came in and Breshae ( shae ) was the BEST property manager I’ve ever dealt with.. she is very sweet and understanding.. she went out of her way to help me and answer every question I had.. she actually sits there and explains processes with you and doesn’t make you feel rushed or like a bother! Her smile made the issue that I had less stressful.. if you ever need storage or help with yours GO TO BRESHAE and leave her a review to so her Boss can see how amazing her employee is!

Wonderful experience. Had to use theirs service in May of this year 2024 and it was seamless, had to use the storage again in July and it was amazing too. The leasing process was quick and everything went as planned. I love this storage and I would recommend to anyone who is looking for space or storage to store their things.

Thank god Public Storage took this site over. Patrick, the new manager, seems to be the only person I’ve been dealing with who understands customer service, standard operating procedures, and accountability. Although, there will no longer be 24 access to our unit, we gladly trade that in now that Patrick has everything under control.
