Very clean place and nice staff
In March of 2024, it will be 2 years renting a 10x10 unit on an upper floor. The property is generally well kept and secure. The little interaction I've had with staff was pleasant. Helen is amazing and so helpful. Access to carts is difficult so never depend on them being available.it's not PS fault that some people steal. Just frustrating.
The issue is rent prices. BE WARNED. Over 2 years, my rent has increased 3 times:
- from $103 at the start
- to $142, 6 months into contract
- to $198 15 months into contract
- to $228 24 months into contract
It's ridiculous how fast they raise rent. By contract, they need only provide 30 days notice and that's exactly what they do. I understand rates must increase but the rate and speed of the increases are ridiculous.
Dont fall for introductory rates or even what they advertise. Be prepared to pay double what they tell you within a year.
I'm a unit user at this location and I'd say the customer service is swell. The location is great since it's near the highway. I'm a happy unit user and maybe others will be too.

I called this location yesterday and spoke with Arie. I had several questions, possible annoying but I needed to know the process of everything as this was my first inquiry. She took her time with me and answered every question without hesitation or annoyance. She was very helpful by also giving me some tips on how to package things and insurance. She made this process so much easier!
Worst unit ever. Elevator doesn’t work and you have to check out carts now. Restrooms don’t work. I’m shocked the lights work.

We received great service from Mrs. Shirley today. She was very friendly and her customer service was exceptional!
Arrived Saturday 10/21 around noon to pay, sign the paperwork and get the keys and there is no one inside. No sign explaining why. Dozens of customers just standing around. Called the number on the door, then the property manager's number, and nothing. All corporate could do was file a ticket which helps no one at that moment. Speaks volumes that not even they could reach the property manager and passed it off to us to do it.
EXTREMELY upsetting considering I only had that window of time to handle this for the next few days. Wasted gas and effort. If I had the time I'd pick another location. Already showing that the customer doesn't matter.
