Been having a unit since the end of last year paying for a “climate controlled” unit when I feel no AC run through in fact my boyfriend and I always end up sweating just going in to retrieve or drop of a few items needless to say don’t bother with paying extra for what there isn’t. As for the lights that light up when you walk through are just as useless the unit I’m in turns off even when you move around, the only way to have it turn back on is to walk down 2 units and walk back to my own unit to see again. As for having assistance to use a dolly you have to wait to retrieve ONE that is either locked up because no one’s in the office or just the office being locked because it tends to be that way. Terrible service I would not recommend this storage unit in fact the gate to drive in to make it easier for us has been down for months now when we pay a certain amount you would like to be commentated for it nonetheless beware.

Absolutely do not store your belongings in this storage, they will tell you your bill is due the day after you pay them they need to be put our of business this facility is nothing but thieves.

We have had our storage unit here close to 3 years. We have seen the door continually broken. We went yesterday and the glass garage door was completely open. No staff on the property. The other garage door was broken again. Anyone can walk in and steal from the units. I dont feel feel safe being here alone. I called the head office and no one returned my call. We are waiting for Cube Smart to open a block away. The rent continues to increase with less security and the place is filthy. Save your money.

DO NOT STORE HERE. Staff is incredibly rude. Garage doors are always broken. With so many options in the area, look somewhere else.

The reason for a 1 is that the garage doors keep getting broken, and it takes forever to fix. Please switch to a non-glass door so there is less delay. I need to get in several times a week. Also there used to be 4 carts at all times and now there are none. Please get at least 4 more and keep them in the main area like previously. Bathrooms have been out of order for 2-3 months at least. With continued frequent rent increases there should be carts available and working bathrooms. Thanks

This storage place said on their website they were in Burleson turns out they weren't and when I tried to get the storage transferred to burleson or Mansfield they said they couldn't then we had to cancel the storage. After all that they will not refund the cost of the storage I paid $162 all they want to refund is the $20 lock fee

Not climate controlled like it says. Moved out on the third, they charged me the full rate then removed me from access to the property because I "vacated" the unit!! Now I'm out $74 and no access to a unit I was charged for!! What a bunch of crooks!! Was told there's nothing I can do about it... I can at least warn others to stay far away from Public Storage

Great location, EZ entry and exit, great staff. B U T… the roof leaks. (photos on request) We were remodeling our home and rented a unit on the second floor, # 21009. After 6 months we moved out today. BAD SURPRISE 😒 Our top mattress and box springs were stored standing on their side…. in water. They were premium mattresses… now with “tobacco-looking stains” down one side. I asked the nice clerk what could be done…? He said… “should-a bought renter’s insurance.” … ( HUH?) my advice… buyer beware. This is a new facility and a leaking roof was the last thought on my mind. I own a good business… with core values protecting my customers… we stand behind our product and refund anytime needed. The front office rarely has an employee in it. The last two times I went in, and did see someone in the office, the employee was lazy and incompetent. He clearly has figured out a way to not do his job. I do not recommend this facility.

Great place

No carts available. When I went to the front to ask if they had any, the guy working up there said they’re in the process of replacing them but I’ve seen reviews from a month ago or longer saying there’s no carts available. Kinda trash that a storage facility does not have dollys for their customers. I feel like that’s the least you could provide. And if you are replacing the carts, why not do it a little at a time instead of replacing all of them at once where there will be none available for your PAYING customers. Ridiculous.

BEWARE…. I was charged $250 after moving out. I spoke with the manager and was assured they had it taken care of and I did not need to come into to office to handle the false charge. 6 months later I’m still dealing with the staffs incompetence. This should be your last option for storage in the Burleson area. They will let you get moved in and after a few months will double your rent. The doors are always broken and the carts are nonexistent. I highly recommend using Attic Storage which is right down the road. They have a great staff and their rates were lower than what I initially paid at Public before they doubled the prices.

Please be aware that prices will increase almost immediately after signing. I have had my rent go up more than $100 in less than a year. Within that year the facilities have only gotten worse. No carts available, doors are constantly not working, and less than friendly employees. I am happy to say I will be taking my business elsewhere. Its sad to see that despite many similar negative reviews, no changes have been made and people continue to get taken advantage of.

just be aware- rent will go up monthly! it is a month to month contract, not a guaranteed rate. the lack of carts anymore is a huge loss. today they refused to refund a lock i didn't ask for but they charged me for when i downsized units. obviously i had a lock from the current unit. but because i couldn't get here in 2 weeks during their business hours, i now have a $20 lock i didn't ask for and don't need. why? how is that good customer service?!

I've been a renter since it was Cube Smart. Right after PS took over, they jacked up the price on the 10x10 by $40 and changed the due date for payments - not cool when one is on a fixed income. Today I went to drop off some stuff, and there were no carts to assist with getting things to 2nd floor. Usually there's at least one, but I searched both floors, down every aisle. Nothing! I figured I'd check with the property mgr. - nobody home. It was only 3pm. Also, you know have to enter your "gate code" to to up in the elevator AND to exit via the overhead door. I'll be SO happy when I can get my belongings out of that place.

The only reason for the 2 stars is the fact that they keep jacking up the rent on a small storage unit...

A day after storing some of my belongings on a first floor unit while waiting to close on my home, I noticed small roaches near the door of my unit. I brought this to the employee’s attention who said he’d put in a work order for it, I asked that he keep me updated so I do not love my belongings out with roaches and a week later went back and saw even more. The units are roach infested!!! He never updated me and said again that he’d email for an emergency work order to spray. There were all size roaches along with egg sacs in the unit. I was not offered to change units or any type of resolution aside from being told I’d get a call back after complaining again, and still have not received a call back.

Entrance/exit doors are frequently broken and takes months to fix. NO carts on property. Management said there were all "removed" from the property. Regular monthly rent (not promotional) increased 50% in the last year. Put in our 30 Days notice.

The staff is extremely rude. I don't sense the least bit of concern for customer service. Never have I ever experienced a storage facility put a lock on your room for staying past 9pm even after placing a notice for eviction. Why an eviction you ask? After moving nonstop because of deadlines with the truck an trailer, it required us to stay late moving things. So after just four days of being a tenant. We had to rent another truck and another facility. They didn't let us start moving out until 6pm, which they close at 6pm. So we we're at the public storage all day in the heat asking to let us proceed to vacate which was instructed, but not allowed. These people are offensive, disrespectful and threatening. My advice is to pass this one by when looking to rent a unit. The people are power tripping, but even failed at that, because we left with ALL OF OUR BELONGINGS. Also witness the same behavior or worst towards other tenants. These people must have a horrible life to be treating people without decentcy

My rent more than doubled since Public Storage took it over from CubeSmart.

There is only one moving cart available at this location. I am new, as this is my first day moving in. It is disappointing that there are not enough carts for customers to use.

Maybe don’t rent from this place. This just happened. Hope I get my stuff out before the next break in. Not a safe place with broken access doors. Not very secure.

Correy was wonderful! He really helped me when I was in need of a quick move! He really knew his job and the customer service was top notch! I definitely recommend this location!

I came in to purchase some boxes and to acquire information on their units. Correy showed me the property and had excellent customer service while I was there. He was very thorough in explaining all of policies and answered all of my questions very well. The location was also really clean and tidy.
