The facility is clean, was easy to set up the rental agreement and the 50% Memorial Day sale was the deal that sealed it for me. I would give 5 stars but their cell phone gate access is not working and they don't seem to know when it will ever be fixed. You can still open the gate with the keypad but it's just a little inconvenient, especially during bad weather.
At this location Jasmine is a stellar employee. There were a few inconveniences including technology errors. What could have a been a bad experience and led to a bad review, Jasmine turned it around in a professional and friendly way. She went out her way to resolve any issues. She made the entire process easy to understand. Five stars.

This place is great for all of your storage needs. I needed a secure parking spot for my work truck and Jasmin (the manager) helped me with it. She was so easy to work with, not to mention quick and efficient, and she got me all set up right away.

I had rented my space for 2 years at this location and have had a great experience overall.
I was today years old when I realized there was actually a bathroom onsite where the climate controlled spaces are. Somehow I'd never seen it before.
Also, I found it extremely convenient that they have carts onsite for the climate controlled spaces.
Today tho, I had the most pleasant interaction and experience with Jasmine, the property manager.
As I was emptying my full 10x10 space into a 26' Uhaul, I realized I had forgotten my water, and was soooo parched after sweating so much. I saw Jasmine walking through with the cleaning cart and I asked her if there was a drink machine in the lobby. She apologized profusely and said unfortunately they didn't. I thanked her and kept moving because I wasn't near finished and wasn't willing to secure everything down and drive in & out of the facility with that huge truck just to go get a drink.
She must have felt bad for my wild-haired, sweating, red-faced self because when I came back down from my 15th trip upstairs, she appeared out of no where, like an angel of mercy, with a COLD bottle of water!!!
I was truly, eternally grateful for not only her selfless and kind gesture, but also for the cold water itself.
