John was just a pleasure to work with. We were originally looking at a different location but weren’t able to get the answers we were looking for. John made this process the most simple and enjoyable experience. Highly recommend! He was knowledgeable and showed us everything without making us feel pressured into renting a unit.

Elevator has been broken for months. They've hired day laborers to help you, but you still have to climb flights of stairs with your stuff. The Third floor has handicap signs on units. How does a wheelchair get up 3 flights of stairs?
The poor guy in the office is clueless and probably the owner's punching bag since he has to deal with irate renters.
The owners need a wake up call and better be paying these kind gentleman who will help hoist your stuff around a handsome sum.
When the elevator works, my stuff is coming out.
The elevator is broken…..again. This is a common occurrence essentially holding all of our stuff on the 3rd floor hostage. We will be moving facilities if they ever fix the elevator.

Overall haven’t been impressed with this storage unit. Carts are hard to come by especially on the weekend, if you need to move something pretty big and heavy there isn’t a lot of wiggle room because of the pillars as well as the elevator. The road is on a hill so keeping the cart with you when loading something large and heavy is difficult.
These people will change the price as soon as you move in and every chance they get because they know it is not easy to move your stuff somewhere else! Completely take advantage of people and the situation! BEWARE!!!
This facility more than exceeded our current expectations for Public Storage. We were very impressed with John. He is very helpful, knowledgeable of the business and knows his store and inventory. This place is extremely clean, unlike other storage facilities we have used. We would highly recommend.

We are truly disappointed with this place. When we rented it belonged to a small private business. After some time the big Public Storage business bought it. Their elevator broke for 6 months. We needed to move out and needed our furniture for the house. We could not move everything by ourselves using the stairs!!! We were on the second floor.
The manager (John) and his upper manager (Jessica) told us that the CEO offered to pay for professional movers to move us out due to broken elevator!!
We accepted the offer and hired the professionals.
We paid a little over $3K and gave the receipt to Public storage place.
This took place one week before Christmas 2022.
We have not been able to recover our money until now (04/11/2023)!!
We have been calling Public storage and have not heard anything back from them yet.
We are trying to get reimbursed since last year and nothing yet. Not even a call from Public storage management.
We are truly disappointed and raged by their lack of response and respect towards their promise to pay!!!
We do not know what to do anymore to receive our promised reimbursement!!!!!
ash was absolutely AMAZING! i lost my dad last week and needed answers about his storage unit as it has some of my stuff in it and some of his stuff that’s sentimental to our family. she was able to answer all of my questions and really sympathized with our situation.
I am so impressed with this Public Storage location. John was so helpful as we were getting things set up from out of state. Ashlyn was so accommodating once we arrived. The facility is clean, well lit, and so easy to navigate even with a big U-Haul and trailer. It has been a wonderful experience renting here!!!

Depends on which location. Argyle/flower mound there elevators are always going out. So frustrating.

Was out last night trick or treating with my kids. Realized I need to close out my empty storage unit, all I had to do was take the lock off my unit. Called the office and let them know I was going to try my best to make it by 9pm to remove my lock. They noted the account for me and I was able to remove my lock the next morning when gate access was allowed again. I removed my lock early morning before the office was even opened. Charge the full month this morning. Office manage “nothing I can do.” Corporate office, “nothing we can do.” Just seriously sad the principle of the whole thing. Horrible customer service. Wish Chick-fil-A owned this company maybe they wouldn’t play these non pro rated games.
Place used to be great until it changed to public storage. Now it is extremely dirty and un-maintained. Also the elevator to access the second and third floors has been "broken" for the past few months and there is no ETA for repair. They do not care to fix it and are using it so people will be hindered from vacating their storage space. I'm sure there is some legal action that could be taken.
Public Storage bought this business several months after we rented a large and small unit. We just received a notice the rent on the small unit was increasing from $104 to $126 and the large unit was increasing from $349 to $445. I know the rent is going to go up but almost a $100 a month seems extremely excessive. And the reviews from the My Garage Self Storage are no longer applicable. Go somewhere else.
Elevator has been down for 3 months
Elevator has been broke for 3 weeks.
We originally rented our storage through the previous company (My Garage Self-Storage) and their service was excellent. Public Storage took over in April and raised our prices without us knowing. We were moving at the end of summer, so it was pointless to switch our things to another location. We needed to be out of our storage unit by August 31st and they have ONE elevator in the entire place and it is broken. Sign on the elevator says it will be fixed within 10-18 days, 19 days ago!! Absolutely ridiculous! We have carried as much down 3 flights of stairs as we can, but some of our items cannot fit through the stairwell. We requested a credit and they did credit our account thankfully, but we still need our things. We do not recommend renting a storage with this company.

Original post was May 2021- Staff was friendly and polite. Facilities are immaculate. Seems very secure and all units are climate-controlled. Brand new so we had a choice of the location of our unit.
Update: This place was bought by Public Storage in April 2022 so the original people are not there any longer. They didn’t mow the grounds until last week. Looks like it isn’t being taken care of as well as the previous owners. Rents are too high for this area.

Great service and convenience! Highly recommend this storage facility. Climate controlled and very clean. Easy access from many local subdivisions. Most importantly they are very secure. On site dumpster for your storage related refuse.
