Justin at the Brentwood store was awesome
This Public Storage was recommended to me by the extended stay hotel I'm staying at while I look for a place to live. Prior to coming to Tennessee, I looked at several places online, but decided not to book anything until I was actually here and knew how much space I would need. This is my first experience renting a storage space. I reserved it online. It was a little bit confusing as to the location of the unit once I got there. Juston the manager showed me the additional entrance that was not visible from the front where my unit was located. He walked me to my unit. We determined it wasn't going to be large enough for my items. He took the time to help me select a unit that would meet my needs and to get me set up. He also made several very helpful suggestions and let me know where the nearest Costco was so I could go get shelving. When there was a technical issue with the remote access and the Public Storage app, he was quick to report the issue and write down the access code so that I could punch it into the keypads and gain access. When I decided to downsize my unit the following month, he found an available unit very close to my existing unit to make the transfer of my items super easy. Juston is responsible not only for customer service but keeping the facility clean. He goes above and beyond. He is incredibly patient, especially when dealing with difficult customers who have lots of questions. Public Storage is lucky to have him as a manager. Public Storage is not the least expensive storage facility that I could have chosen. However, after reading many reviews, it became clear this particular location has the best customer service as a result of his efforts.
It was great working with Justin for almost a year now. His professionalism and dedication to the job is unmatched. Has been a great resource. He is one of the reason why I continue to be a customer.

Public Storage Brentwood is a hidden gem! I have never experienced such a clean and welcoming storage facility as I have with this location. Justin is so kind, very professional and makes you feel at home. He’s very accommodating and has impeccable customer service! The best storage facility I have ever experienced.
I rented my storage unit a couple of months ago and have had a wonderful experience. Juston was very helpful in showing me the different size units and helped me decide on what I needed based on pictures of what would be stored. He is always so cheerful and helpful, answering any questions or addressing any problems I might have right away. I would never go anywhere else! Also, the building is always spotless!

I was assisting a work colleague at our Company storage unit in CoolSprings in Nashville (off Bakers Bridge Rd.) yesterday and had a few questions concerning the cleaning and organization of our storage unit. Although Juston was busy with other customers, he was extremely present, pleasant and welcoming to our questions and concerns. His friendly demeanor and quick response made both myself and my colleague feel heard and at ease. He is definitely a keeper - give that man a raise!

Recently, I have been in contact with what is now Public Storage on Baker's Bridge Ave in Brentwood. It was previously US Storage when I initially signed up for a unit a couple of years ago. I have been speaking with the new property manager, Juston.
From the first conversation, it was obvious that Juston was not only competent and efficient, but he was as amiable and easy to do business with as one could hope for when speaking to someone in a customer service situation.
Juston's knowledge let's you know he is the manager, but he is so friendly and eager to help out that you feel you're not just conducting business but also enjoying the process.
Anyone looking for a very nice storage location that has all the amenities, this one on Baker's Bridge is perfect in every way. It's very clean, secure and the air is always at a good level inside the building and also in the unit. And Public Storage is a big improvement over US Storage when it comes to answering phone calls and being available to customers.
I've moved a lot and had to use storage centers across the country, and working with Juston to take care of the details let's me say this company is now one of the best one I've ever used.

I gave 5 stars when I first moved into this place. Now just 3 months later I receive this letter! Absolutely ludicrous! What a scam to get people in at a cheap price (give discounts on the first few months), only to railroad them later. Wow.
Manager Liz is very professional and engages with her customers. She went out of her way to accommodate all of my requests as I was beginning use of my unit. Highly recommend

Elizabeth was fabulous and very thorough explaining fees and process. This is one of the most affordable climate controlled units in the area. They also support cancer research and accept donations for local charities. We had a great experience!
The only plus is that it is clean and climate controlled. This location used to be Malory Station Storage and was great and easy to deal with. Overall this US Storage is impossible to deal with. No one in call center is knowledgeable or helpful. You have to rely on the site manager who is often out of office. She sends copious amounts of emails for mundane subjects. PDF attachments of office closures. They raise the rent constantly and make it very confusing and unpredictable. I have had storage in many places and states my entire life and I have never experienced such a crooked and intentional way of creating confusion around billing. I believe this is to charge more and more fees. I will be moving this unit as soon as the movers are available.

It was a very pleasant ordeal. Easy place to get to easy to get to the door. You walk in and you meet two very polite professional women who will work with you to get you the discount and the unit you need. Very thorough with everything and even give you a tour. The place is super nice with loading docks easy entry plenty of carts to move your stuff around. Actually the whole experience had zero flaws! What more could I ask for. If I owned a business like that I would want it ran just like that. Thanks for making it easy.

Amazing customer service, they have a van that’s 12 foot you can use to help you move, and it is very clean facility. They even have a charity storage area if you don’t want some of your stuff. Great place!

Just visited this Facility I can say Elizabeth at the front desk was awesome! It was 3 of us loading, she was so caring that she went out of her way to accommodate us with bottle waters in this heat! The facility is inside has cold air, very clean, also property is well kept!! 👌 Easy access to load, unload, also move around! Let me add that this facility also has hand sanitizer at the desk. Thank 😊 you Elizabeth your the best!!! Will definitely be back.
